Great! Yet another time I was ignored. Perhaps I shouldn't be any more surprised about this turn of events. This conclusion had been a part of my daily life; from the very first time I laid eyes on him. His eyes. They were a very deep blue which changed with his emotions. Whenever he laughed, his eyes would turn into a shade of sea green. Whenever he was angry or annoyed, his eyes would change into a colour of deep violet. It was always fascinating to observe such changes. I wonder if that was even possible.

Some might call it a form of fascination, while others might call it a form of obsession – whereby I stalked him with my eyes. Every single time he walked into a room, he seemed to exude such charisma and confidence. Such an amazing presence that everyone in the room just had to turn and watch him stride into the room with his long muscular legs.

The first time I saw him? Hmm....well, I could still remember that awkward moment. I was not usually a clumsy person but somehow my clumsy period decided to appear at that very moment.

I was walking back into my office building, shopping bags on one hand and a pile of important files on the other. As if I didn't have enough to juggle, my phone decided to ring at that moment. Knowing that it could only be a call from my boss, it was very, very, very important and had to be picked up no matter where I was or what I was doing.

Trying to juggle everything, I did manage to take out my phone from my back pocket. However, it seemed that I had tempted fate one too many times. Just when I was about to answer the phone, everything just went sliding away from my arms. Every. Single. Thing. Bags were lying strewn all over the floor with their contents pouring out. The files slid across the linoleum floor due to the recent waxing service the floor management decided to get done the night before. My phone. Well, my phone got lost in the mess. While searching for my phone all over the floor, I started feeling panicky as my boss never liked to wait. He preferred to be waited upon rather than waiting for anyone.

I looked up, praying that my boss wasn't looking out of the glass doors overseeing the lobby. That was when I saw him. He was looking incredibly dashing in an expensive Armani business suit. The colour seemed normal, just like any other neutral colour which any other businessman would wear. However, his tie was a cobalt blue, which brought out the colour of his eyes. That was when I looked up into his eyes.
