"Chinen!" Miku called out her name into the long hallways stretching out before her.
She hummed along as she skipped from door to door.
I wonder if she's running errands for Mr. Kuzuki again. It would make sense I guess. She thought.
She opened the door to Kuzuki's office and poked her head inside.
"Hello~ Mr. Kuzuki?"
"Kokichi? What are you doing here? Do you need something from me?" He stood up from his desk.
"No, I was just looking for Chinen."
"Ah well she's not with me. Hope you find her." He said sitting back down.
"Thank you sir." She said about to leave. But as she left the room she saw Chinen's cardigan on a table in front of the doorway.
She closed the door behind her and tried to calm herself down. She started running down the hallway looking for Mieru.
As she rounded a corner she bumped into Mieru and Jessie.
"Miku!"
"Jessie! You found Mieru, that's great, I need to tell you something."
"Yeah, same here."
"Mieru, why are you crying?"
"It's Chinen, I couldn't help her this time."
"What do you mean, what happened?"
"I tried to get her away from him, but I couldn't. He took her."
"Who?"
"Kuzuki."
Miku looked at the floor as Jessie told her what Mieru couldn't
"Guys, I found her sweater in his office... But he said she wasn't with him..."
"Chinen..."
"What do we do? Call the cops?"
"Hey woah we don't even know if anything's happened."
"Her cardigan-"
"Is not enough proof to say he's done anything to her." Jessie said.
Miku looked down at her feet and sighed.
"I have an idea."
The three girls made their way back to his office and knocked on his door.
Jessie slid open the door and they all entered.
"Hello girls, what can I do for you all?"
"Oh nothing we just wanted to... thank you."
"Hmm?"
"For being such a good teacher." Miku added.
"Yes you've helped us all in some way, through challenges and we just wanted to thank you face to face."
"Ah I see. Thank you girls. Is that all?"
They looked behind them at Mieru and she nodded.
"Yes, that's all. We'll see you tomorrow for homeroom then."
"Quite."
They closed the door behind them and then they both turned to Mieru.
"Did you do it?"
"Yeah."
They had hidden Mieru's phone under Chinen's sweater while it was audio recording so if anything happened... they'd find it on that recording.
