2.Bad Boy

I wake up by a ringing in my ears, My alarm clock. I sigh and sit up. I get out of bed, and put on this-(Its above)

I grab my bag, and an apple. I grab the keys and Seth takes them from me. 

"Hey, I need those." I say, trying to grab them but he holds them up higher. 

"Nope." He says, popping the p. 

"Why not!?" I say, putting a hand on my hip, I'm gonna be late! 

"Because you failed your driving test 3 times in a row. I'll drive you." Seth says, grabbing his wallet. 

"Fine, But you can't come in." I say, and he nods. 

"I gotta get to work anyway, Alexandria." He says and I roll my eyes. 

-at school- 

I get to school and look at my schedule I printed this morning. I go to my locker, and put up some stuff before grabbing my math books. First period math. Whoop whoop! (Notice the sarcasm) I turn around and notice the bell rang ten minutes ago. I start running to the west wing of school, which is all the way on the other side by the way. I bump into someone and a my books fall. I pick them up. 

"Sorry." I say, and stand, Seeing a guy around my age, Staring back at me. 

"Are you new around here?" He says, and his voice is so deep. 

"Yeah, I just moved here. And umm I gotta go. Bye!" I say, rushing off. 

-lunch (5th period)-

Wow. Has this day been slow. I've made exactly 0 friends and I think all my teachers hate me. I grab some fries and a hamburger, and I look where to sit. Someone bumps into me, and all my stuff drops. Crap. 

"Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry." A pretty, slim girl says. 

"It's okay." I say, and she looks relieved.  

I get back on line and so does she, because her food fell too. She looks at me like she's studying me. "Are you new here?" She says and I nod. 

"Well hi! I'm Jade. What's your name?" She says, smiling kindly. I like her. 

"Alex." I say, And she nods. 

"You wanna sit with me?" Jade says smiling. 

"Sure!" I say, smiling back. 

We chat while we get our food and Jade is so sweet and just like me. Except much prettier. 

She he walks over to a table that has 3 other people in it. All guys, She sits next to one and kisses him on the cheek, Her boyfriend 
Zayne. She told me about him. He's a bad boy. Would not be my choice. 

"That's Carter." Jade says, pointing to the one sitting in the middle.he smiles and nods. 

"And that's Ryder." Jade says, pointing to the guy I bumped into this morning. 

I sit down next to Jade and I chat (surprisingly) with all of them. I notice Ryder staring at me a couple times. Ryder smirks at me, Everytime I look at him. 

"You're hot, Alex. Wanna go out sometime?" Ryder says, while the others keep talking about some tv show. 

I roll my eyes at him. He's not my type at all. He's the bad boy type. The type fathers warn their daughters to stay away from. The kind that get you into trouble. 

"Not really, but thanks." I say, opening my water bottle. 

"What?" Ryder says, confused.

"I said, No." I say, and he still looks confused. 

"Don't worry Ryder's just upset that you didn't swoon over him right when you saw him like all the other girls." Jade says, laughing a little. 

I roll my eyes and start talking to Jade about homework, It's boring but I noticed I have a few classes with her.

-after last period-

I go to my locker sighing, and I pull out all my stuff that I have for homework. I close my bag, and text Seth I'll be late. The principal wants to see my records and stuff, He does this with everyone. He just what's to do a back ground check. It'll take an hour or so. I walk to the principals office, Not before saying bye to Jade and giving her my number. I sit down in one of those comfy chairs. Mr.  Collins (principal) says it'll take a little while and I'm allowed to do my homework or something. I start with math, Then decide to finish it later. I ask if I can use the bathroom, And leave.  It's so quiet after school. I mean they probably have the football team practicing, but it's super quiet here...like a horror movie quiet. 

I get out of the bathroom, and stop. Ryder stands inches from me. Our chests almost touching. He
smirks at me. I glare. 

"You weren't all over me when we first met." He says, and I raise my eyebrows. 

"Well maybe, you aren't as attractive as you think you are." I say, and he smiles. 

Who am I kidding? He's totally attractive, With the eyes that are so seductive, That musky smell of mint, and his perfect body, I can see his abs through his white tshirt, He's totally cute... He notices I'm checking him out and smirks. Damn. I blush.. embarrassed, but roll my eyes. I'm not gonna give in. He's the player/bad boy type. No way. 

"You know you're cute when you blush." Ryder says, making me blush harder. 

"I'm not blushing." I argue. 

"Yes, yes you are and now you're blushing harder now that I pointed it out." Ryder smirks and I roll my eyes. 

"Whatever . In your dreams." I say, walking away from him, I can feel his eyes on me as I walk, but I keep walking ignoring my goosebumps. 

-After school- 
I unlock the door to the apartment, and go straight to my room, Putting my bag down, then to the kitchen. I need a after school snack. I find a peanut butter bar and smile. As I eat, I get my homework out, as I listen to Light 'em up. 
-1 hour later- 

Okay I've been trying to focus on My homework but my mind keeps wandering off to Ryder. I checked him out and he caught me. What does that mean? I like him? No. No I don't because he just wants to get into my pants. That's all it is. I don't like him, that's what my mind keeps saying...But I know I at least find him attractive..I mean who wouldn't? I just hope I don't fall for this bad boy....
