Her black boots sweaked onto the hardwood floor,She close the door and quickly double checked the lock, she turned her to the man that she brought with her. The unknown man's eyes wander her body, hands grabbing onto her hips. His hoarse voice rang through the empty room. Seemingly getting himself off just by the thought of sex. Her own hands resting on his shoulders, slowly moving upwards until she reached the base of his neck. A harsh scream came from the man, as she cracked his neck to paralyze him. His eyes widened as he fell to the floor, his head hitting the ground with a loud thump. A boot was placed onto his neck and was quickly adding pressure. The sounds of coughing and gagging filled the room for a few seconds and then nothing. She took her boot off the flesh corpse that laid before her. Her piercing gold eyes glanced around for what she needed, and landed onto the now dead man's pocket. A soft whisper of please came out of her lips as she leant down to dig around his pocket.
"Come on, please be some kind of Jenny." Her fingers brushed along a hard case in the dead man pocket, hands finally gripping onto the metal like case. Finally pulling her hand put from his pocket and opening up the metal wallet, her hopes were high.
"Are you.....fucking kidding me, just a condom and some cigs." She threw the case down in a fit of anger. She gave his head a harsh kick, forcing some of the skin to rip. A cold "Oops." rung out of her lips. She gave the room one last look around to make sure there was no Jenny to be found, with a disappointed sigh she began to pat herself down making sure she had everything: keys, wallet, phone, a pocket knife. She gave a quick hum of approval and began changing time. The dull gray tattoo marking on her arms turned into bright gold almost shimmering and her golden eyes matched, her body started to float upwards and then vanished, leaving the man's body.
She popped back into the small café she was at about an hour ago, sitting right in the back. She watched as a blond waitress went to take the order of the man she just killed, a small laugh came from her lips. The future and the past must always stay the same. She knew his fate was to die but by the cute waitress that was just trying to get a good tip? Who knows. A soft spoken voice hit her ears, asking if she was ready to order.
"Yea, can I get a cup of coffee and some toast?" The girl smiled and wrote down the order and quickly asked if She needed any cream and sugar.
"Please, extra." With a quick wave of her hand the waitress made a note of it and went to put her order in. The girl's golden eyes went back to watching the man who just died, the blond that took his order seemed to be having a good time, laughing at his jokes and practically leaning over the table. She really couldn't say anything, her kill count was high, yet she had never laid a finger on someone before in this timeline. While she couldn't hear the conversation, her eyes were glued to their mouths. From what she could see the blond was telling him she would be off work in 5 mins the exact time she had started. No matter how she looked at it this cute waitress was gonna kill someone, she wasn't worried both were newcomers on the small island. Her own waitress came back to her with the coffee and toast she had ordered, she quickly sat it down and asked if that was all.
"Yea, Thank you... uhh here." I handed her a large bill to cover the bill and tip. "Just keep the change sweety." A blush appeared on her tan cheeks, she stuttered out a thank you and walked away, leaving me to myself again. I took a quick glance at the table with the dead man and noticed he was missing. The timeline changes again.
Whale Island wasn't known for much, mostly fishing and it's thick forest that is filled with wild beasts. The people were normal locals, most knowing her by name. New faces were rare, and most ended up dead or jailed. While most of the locals say it was legends she knew it was her nen ability... well kinda. She who controls time, controls the world, a phase her mother drilled into her head. Her mother was a walking time paradox and so was she,That didn't stop her from enjoying the life she had. Her softing eyes looked at her carefree student, who was walking next to her, he was going about the hunter exam. She hardly cared but the green hair boy, that's all he could talk about.
"Hey Master, why haven't you taken the Hunter Exam?" Gon looked up at her in Question before she could answer he cut her off. "You should go with me this year! I bet you could take everyone on!"
"I have no interest in being a hunter. I have no need for the perks and nor the over priced card." She stopped in the middle of the dirt path, near her shed of a house. Gon walked past not realising his teacher had stopped. She spoke back up. "I think you'll do just fine without me. I feel that I've taught you enough to keep you alive." Gon had stopped up ahead, his hands behind his head. He seemed to be looking towards the bright blue sky.
"If I catch the master of the pond, then you have to come with me!" A sudden deal, or maybe it was something he had already thought ahead about.
"If you can do that, I'm pretty sure you'll be able to pass the hunter Exam with flying colors." she stopped and thought about it, he was almost being a little too pushy about it. "Unless there is another reason you want me to go so badly?" A guilty little laugh came from him "Well Mito said if I can get the master of the pond and get you to come with me she'll let me go." Chuckling as I walk up to where he was, giving him a quick pat on the back and a wink "You got yourself a deal, the last boat leaves within 2 weeks better get to work."
"The Fuck" was all that came out of her mouth as she watch her student hold the fish that was 3 times his size. His glowing smile, and proud look made him the talk of the town that day. Giving him a pat on the back, and a quick thumbs up. We both turned to face the growing crowe of locals, among them was Mito who looked at her with eyes that could kill. She held her hands up and started to shake her head. Gon tosses the monster fish in front of Mito and the townspeople, the older men looking upon the fish in shock as well as horror. She could vaguely hear one of the older men talking about how five of the younger men couldn't haul it in. She gave a small awkward chuckle, and cleared her throat "So, does this mean Gon can take the hunter exam?" Mito gave an exasperated sigh, Gon reached into his pocket and showed her the hunter exam paper work.
"You promised. Even Master is going to be a part of the exam." Mito and her locked eyes, she gave a small nod. Mito let out a sigh, she grabbed onto the papers. Her hazel eyes drifted over to her golden ones.
"You'll protect him?" Her tone was firm.
"You have my word. I'll do everything to keep him safe."
Within a week's time, Gon and Her were packed and ready to take the trip to get to the hunter exam. Many of the townspeople gave us gifts and rations for the trip and as the boat docked Gon held her hand, he did not shake and his stare was unwavering to the new world they both were about to be in. Mito said her good-byes, wishing us both good fortune. She knew that in her head Mito was still cussing her out, but no words were said. And as her and Gon stepped up into the wooden boat they had sealed their fates....
