4. Cheater

It's a beautiful, sunny day in London. Taylor and Joe have known each other for 7 years and were married for about 3 years now. Today, they were going on a date to their favourite restaurant. They decided to go today because tomorrow Joe is leaving for two days, he has a meeting about a new movie he got a role in. And yes, two days usually is not that long but for them it really is. Especially for Taylor. She's almost 8 months pregnant now and it's getting harder and harder to do some stuff with her huge belly.

Taylor's POV

„Babe, are you ready?" – I hear Joe screaming from the living room

„Give me a minute, I have to find my red lipstick!" – I yell back

„You don't need it, you look stunning anyway!"

I roll my eyes and go through another drawer in order to find my favourite lipstick. I'm not going anywhere without it. As I was getting furious, I found it. In the last drawer.

I quickly applied it on my lips, used my favourite perfume and rushed downstairs where Joe was already waiting for me. He was leaning against the front door, smiling to his phone and typing something.

„Who are you texting?" – I asked when I came to him

He looked up from his phone, quickly turning it off.

„Just Patrick, he was telling me a story how he met this one girl and he doesn't know if he should ask her out" – he replied with a smile

„Ahh, Patrick and girls...I'm actually surprised he didn't call me about it, I always know about this stuff first. Anyway, let's go cause we'll be late" – I said and grabbed his hand

~ in the restaurant ~

„So I had this appointment last week with our midwife right, and she said that we should write a birth plan, it's actually really helpful, I was thinking we could do it when we go back? Ohh, and also we have to pack the bags, for the baby and for me, can you help me with that?"

„Yeah sure, we can do this when we go back. Or we can do this when I come back from the meeting, you're probably already tired, aren't you? Is she giving you a hard time?" – he asked gesturing to my belly

„Yeah kinda, she's kicking a lot today" – I replied while rubbing circles on the bump

His phone rang signalling he got a message. He took his phone from his pocket and told me that it's Patrick again, asking if he could call him.

„Take it, I'll wait here" – I smiled

He nodded and got up, then went to the bathroom.

Joe's POV

„Hey baby, I can't wait to see you tomorrow. I miss you so much, you can't even imagine" – I said to the phone as I was talking to Ellie

We met about 7 months ago on a set. We kinda hit it off and after a while we started seeing each other and things escalated pretty quickly since then. Taylor doesn't know about her and she won't. I know that what I'm doing is wrong but I can't help it. Ellie is amazing....

„Ah I miss you even more babe! And I bought a really sexy lingerie recently, you'll be surprised. But I can't wait for you to... take it off" – she said teasingly

„Ellieee, stop. I'm in a restaurant with Taylor. If you'll be like this, I will have to stay here longer and she'll get suspicious. I'll see you tomorrow, love you. Bye!" – I said and after she answered, I hang up

I went back to the table when Taylor was sitting patiently, drinking her tea.
