Chapter 8 - Later

Jenna was giving her home made iced tea so time to cool off as she went down to the store to grab hairspray for Adeline. They have been friends for years despite their differences. Jenna was bubbly and Adi was a Southern cultured character. Opposites do attract after all. She got her friend two cans to suffice and went back home to make a few mason jars. Making a six pack of tea. Two each and two for someone for later. Hmmm, who could that be...

Jenna knocked on the door to see that Adeline was dolled up to her hearts content. Outside her hair of course. Her nails freshly done, makeup to her liking, and wore a pink dress with a deep sweetheart.

"Come on in Moonpie." She smiled.

"Thanks Adi. I got a sweet tea six pack and two cans of spray for you."

"You're a doll. I swear." Adi sighed in relief as Jenna put the bag down. Adi grabbed the hairspray and went over to her mirror. A little spray and a little movement with her hands and she went to check. Her hair covered her ears pretty well. "I'm not too full, am I?"

"Nope." Jenna nodded.

"Alright then. Dern, I need a drink." She turned around as Jenna handed her a mason jar. They clinged jars as a small toast as Jenna sat on the bed so they could talk. "So then, tell me about him."

"What more do you need to know?" Asked Jenna.

"He's single, works, handsome as you say, and likes commitment. And how is he single?" Pondered Adeline.

"You know girls can be cruel Adi." Pouted Jenna.

"Ah Jen. Quite true. And we know how men could be. Leah has told us. You've currently declined invites. And if the man ain't going to respect a woman I would beat him like a drum. I would then stomp on his neck until he knew his place." That's a woman no one man wants to mess with.

Jenna was hesitant to get into this. Now there was two more. She slept in the man's bed last night. But so has Leah before. Then bring Adeline who plays to win if she likes him. Not even meeting him and wants to meet him. What could go wrong? Quite a lot actually. There were three succubi that were interesting in the same guy. One of them turned down for sex. Another didn't imply it, but knew it was better off not asking. Now someone totally different in ideas and personally may have an interest to try and seduce him.

"I think Leah was really comfortable just being snuggle buddies. They've cuddled, and that's it."

Adeline was beside herself. "Come again..."

"The first night she asked him what he desires. She spooned him until he was in a deep sleep. They haven't had that lust of any kind."

"They even kiss?" Asked Adeline.

"Not even that Adi."

"My stars. What's wrong with the man?" She gasped.

"Like I said. Broken down."

"Oh gracious. Drilling confidence in a man can be difficult. Usually it's sucking it out of him. Can't it be switched around? Like hi Honey, no you're not doing that. I'd rather be doing that."

Jenna shook her head. "Also, we don't know what's said between the two jobs he's working. That could be anything. You know that?"

"And we don't know when he's home. Dayum." Adeline was disappointed.

"I don't think Leah would know his schedule. She's just dropped in during the night time for a few nights. Only has done so a few times." Jenna was trying to figure out what to do.

"How many is a few?"

"Count it on one hand from what it seems." Jenna shrugged.

Adeline thought to herself that he was fair game. But there were disturbing factors that were upsetting her. "And you said he declined her?"
