Jenna and (FN) exited his apartment together. Once he locked the door they went to the elevator to lobby. The front desk receptionist smiled at the two of them as they were heading outside and to the parking lot. She got out her keys and unlocked it. The alarm was heard close by. (FN) looked over at a fairly new blue Volkswagen Jetta.

"Wow. To me this would be a rental." He complimented her.

"What do you drive? A Kia?" She asked.

"Kia? Please. 90s Honda Accord. Kia. Right. Kind of a massive upgrade."

"Sorry Hun." Jenna walked over and opened the door for herself. The two of them got seated and buckled in before pulling out and heading towards the outskirts of town.

The two of them were skeptical about what was to happen next. A succubus MILF's establishment to be eye-candy in exchange for rent. A concept that would only be in a fantasy land. When for him it would be the only way out of his circumstance. Then after he was situated maybe try and get his love life in order. Sam is not committed, Adeline and him aren't a match, Leah is amazing but her profession will get in the way, and then Jenna trying to win him over but being herself. Care for him, make sure he is well, and better him. Even though her mother and possibly her sister might make moves towards him.

"Sorry. Just a lite nervous." He sighed.

"Me too. I get it. But I had to think of something. Regardless of what happens tomorrow, a year from now, or whenever I can't keep seeing you like this."

"Why's that?" He pondered.

"I'm a nurse. Imagine you watch a patient every single day and no matter what much rest, nutrients, different change in meds, and every treatment tried so far doesn't get any better. It's like when you take an over the counter medicine. Good for a headache for the time being. But you can't use it every day."

"So what's my diagnosis?" He asked.

Jenna sighed as she hit a stop light. "Too much work, mild depression, and loneliness. From what I've gathered, some company and cuddles have been a solid treatment so far. Outside of yesterday, all is well."

"Yikes. Making me sound like I'm damaged good." (FN) shook his head.

"Hurt. Battered. But not damaged and needs to be replaced. But I understand love can destroy someone's insides. I've had that happen to me. So I get it." Jenna didn't look over at him. Though she knew it would be hard to face anyone with a subject of heartbreak.

"Similar to Leah?"

"I wasn't in high school and he didn't move away at the time. He was cheating."

"Awful."

"But I'm managing. Just when I recently started nursing full time I found out. And yes, he's human. My now ex-boyfriend that is." Jenna smirked. "But, I can do better. And rightly deserve so."

"Indeed." He replied agreeing with her.

"Let yours wasn't about money."

"Hmph. Maybe if she worked hard and earned her keep she would be less of a bitch." Jenna huffed.

"Finally someone gets it."

"Don't tell me people took her side..." Jenna began to worry about humanity for a moment.
