The great sun shone over the land of Liones. The sun settled upon the palace as the orange and yellow colours shone everywhere. Merchants and citizens buzzing around the city as a brand new day was about to start. Well for the group of merchants it was there first official day here in Liones and they were excited, filled with joy as they slept in their rooms.

Since traveling here was a pain they all fell asleep when there heads hit the pillows of there rooms. Nothing could wake them up, all four were in a deep sleep. That was until four knights banged on their doors with two maids behind them. The maids tried to wake up the gentlemen but they were out like a light.

So the maids pulled some guards over and they banged on their doors to wake up the men. once they heard the banging they all shot up pulled on the clothes they discarded and opened the doors with purpose.

"Good morning you four, sorry for the rude awakening but you guys were out." A maid with black hair stepped in. Her ocean eyes looked at them with curiosity and amusement.

"My names Maria and I'm Princess Sarnai's personal maid, the lady next to me is another one go her maids. The king has sent us to gather you four for breakfast with the family," Maria spoke with a soft tone.

"The king wants to have breakfast with us?" Mystras asked.

"Yes, and you four are very late, please follow us." And the maids took off. The four men followed as they admired the paintings and halls of the palace. On the way to the king Sinbad noticed a family portrait of the king with his kids.

It must have been painted long ago since the children looked dramatically different and the king looked younger. The king was sitting down in a regular chair you see in offices and in front of him was a little girl with long brown hair and a boy with short hair. Those were the princess and prince of the nation. The girl wore a light purple dress with long selves and a beautiful gold chain around her neck. Her hair was tucked behind her ears revealing her freckly face.

The boy wore a blue vest with pale blue sleeves running down his arm. Black pants made the blue stand out. He had a toothy grin while the princess had a shy look. The boy wore hoop earrings and a gold chain around his neck as well. His hair was shoulder length and messy. No matter what you could do with it, it was messy either way. The family looked happy and peaceful in the portrait. Nothing was wrong.

"Okay, we're here!" Maria called as the men stopped walking and looked into the room where the king and his kids were. They heard laughing and sassy comments from both the prince and princess.

"Ah there you four are! Your food is getting cold, you better hurry up before Leo eats it!" The king laughed as the princes plate was empty. The four rushed in and took their seats. Leo moved down a seat and let Sinbad sit next to the king and in front of Sarnai. Hinahoho and Ja'far sat next to Sarnai while Mystras sat next to Leo.

"Well dig in!" The king announced and the men followed. There mouths were filled with the best food they ever tasted. Except for Rurumu's cooking, she was still number one on that list.

"Wow the foods amazing!" Mystras shouted making the family giggle.

"I'm glad you like it Mystras," the princess giggled. Hinahoho, Ja'far and Mytras began to chat amongst themselves while the king chatted with his kids and the sailor.
