[third person pov]
The new sun shone high over the land as it was the morning of the groups departure. Their ship was being filled with goods that the king insisted they need for the boat ride back and no one tried to fight him.
Both Sinbad and Sarnai stood in the the garden since the sailor had something to say to the princess. The light morning air really made it peaceful as tension was high for the sailor.
"So what's wrong Sin? Your ship is leaving soon and Ja'far is a man of his word." Sarnai giggled.
"This will only take a minute." He took a deep breathe before facing the princess.
"Sara I just need to tell you this or I'm afraid I'll never be able to tell you again...over these past two months I really got to see this kingdom for its beauty and its struggle. The way the citizens are true to there monarch really shows how much compassion they have for them, but when I met you, you really made that a fact. Meeting you was the best thing that could ever happen to me. The way you care for your citizens is amazing, the way you comforted me made me realize something I'd never thought I would say..." he breathed. His heart was racing as the princess just stared at him.
"You made me realize that I can live a normal life if I tried and I want to do that with you. I want you in my life every second. I-this is harder then I expected." He sighed.
"Sin, I,-" before she could utter a syllable the sailor placed his lips onto hers. Her face turned red as she never expected this outcome, but once he didn't feel her kiss him back he removed himself from her and started walking away, leaving the princess alone with her thoughts.
'That was stupid you idiot!' He yelled at himself. Before he could make it any further the princess gripped his jacket forcing him to look at her. She placed her lips onto his as she kissed him with the same amount of passion that he gave her. Once Sinbad realized what was happening he gripped her waist and the side of her neck deepening the kiss as she wrapped her arms around his neck. Moments passed as they removed themselves from each other and looked at one another.
"I-I like you too Sin." She confessed as the sailors eyes widened. He didn't know what to say so he did what he did best, he engulfed her in another kiss and she gladly gave in.
"I'm glad." He whispered as he parted from her lips to rest his head against her forehead.
"Your an idiot." She laughed as he did too.
"I have one last thing to ask you... will you accompany me to Reim?" He asked as they looked into each others eyes.
"As much as I would like to Sin, I can't. My place is here but when the timings right ask me again." She whispered.
"Then make a promise with me." He completely removed himself from her still starring into her eyes.
"When this timing is right, I'll come back and make you mine, make you my wife." He grabbed her hand and kissed her palm while he spoke those words.
"So is that a yes?"
"It's a yes."
[time skip]
Birds filled the morning sky as the group and the royal family faced each other as they said there goodbyes.
"Oh Mystras! I'm going to miss you! Going alone to the red light district will be different!" The prince cried as he and the knight wrapped each other in there arms.
"I'm going to miss you too Leo!" The two continued to cry as the others laughed.
"It was a pleasure meeting you Sara." Ja'far bowed towards the princess as she grabbed him and straightened him up.
"Ja'far you know better then anyone, you are a friend and friends don't bow." She smiled.
"It was wonderful having you here Ja'far and I know for sure with your skills you will become a strong man." She added and for the first time the ex assassin blushed
"Your praise is appreciated Sara." He breathed.
"Goodbye Ja'far." She hugged the boy as he returned the hug.
"Goodbye Hinahoho, having you around always filled my day." Sarnai grinned as she and the warrior hugged each other, or what they could do without the man crushing her.
"Goodbye Sara, I'm going to miss your bickering with Leo." He laughed as she joined in.
"And please tell Rurumu that I said hello. Even though she doesn't know me."
"Will do." Hinahoho replied. She then turned to Mystras as he stood up straight.
"Relax Mystras, not need to be so tense." Sarnai smiled.
"Yes! It was great meeting you Sarnai, I hope to see you again." Mystras yelled as he startled the princess.
"As I do to, but please relax." She giggled while she hugged the knight and as he hugged her.
"Oh Sinbad! I'm going to miss you and our guy talk!" The prince cried as he hung onto the sailors waist.
"Leo let go!" He exclaimed as everyone laughed.
"You better come back! If you don't I'm afraid I might die!" He whined.
"I promise Leo." Sinbad laughed. Once Sinbad finished with the clingy prince he and the princess walked up to each other and gave one another a giant hugs.
"I'm going to miss you Sin,"
"I'll miss you too, but I will come back just like I promised." He forced her to look at him as he spoke proudly.
"You better keep your word." She replied.
"Or else." She gave him a serious look.
"Sin? Ready to go?" Ja'far asked as the rest of there group was on the ship. The only man left was Sinbad.
"Ready as I'll ever be." He breathed before walking onto the ship. Once the group of four were gathered onto the ship they waved there final goodbyes as the ship undocked.
"Goodbye Liones." They all sighed before walking into the middle of the ship.
"SINBAD! JA'FAR! MYSTRAS! HINAHOHO!" Two voices called to the group.
"YOU BETTER COME BACK!" They shouted from the docks
"WE WILL!" The four called back as they were leaving with smiles instead of frowns.
