Summer
I woke up , and immediately ran to the bathroom. After I finished throwing up , I grabbed a Advil from the cabinet.
My eyes widened remembering Aja. I rushed to her room , but she wasn't there.
I looked around the house , and nobody was here. I picked up my phone , and dialed Kentrells number, but I got no answer.
I paced the room , as my head still pounded. I called several other times , but I got no answer.
I called Ben , hoping for an answer. "Hello." He spoke. "Is Kentrell with you?" I questioned.
"Nah , he got a show later on today." He said making me freeze. "Then where is Aja?" I questioned , tears welling up in my eyes.
"Ion know. That ain't my child." He said making me sigh. "Ok , bye." I spoke before hanging up.
I threw on a hoodie, and some sweatpants. I grabbed my phone , keys , and some money before heading out to the airport.
Kentrell
I sat Aja down on the bed , and watched her struggle to crawl. Soon Taylin came in the room , and watched her as well.
Nia finally stop tripping, and now I can see him.
"This my sister?" He questioned, as he attempted to help her sit up. "Yea." I nodded.
Draco walked in with cars in his hand. "Wanna play?" He asked me , and Taylin.
I shook my head no. "I gotta watch her." I said picking up Aja, and kissed her cheek.
"I'll play." Taylin smiled. They sat on the floor across from me , and began playing with their cars.
Someone start beating on the door like they lost they got damn mind. I stood up , and grabbed Aja in the process.
I jogged downstairs, and peeped through the peephole, and seen that it was summer.
"Kentrell, open the door!" She yelled. I just stood there , not responding.
"I'm not playing with you. I see your car. If you don't open this door , Im finna kick it down." She warned.
I smacked my lips before unlocking the door.
Summer
I took Aja from Kentrell as I walked in.
"Why would you bring her here without telling me?" I mugged him. "Why was you kissing all on that nigga?" He questioned.
"Kentrell, I was drunk. I forgot y'all were in the house." I said truthfully. He just rolled his eyes.
"Why yo hair messed up? You let that nigga drill-" I cut him off. "He left after you left." I rolled my eyes
"I'm leaving." I scoffed before turning towards the door. "Hi" a small voice spoke.
I turned around, and seen draco , and Taylin at the bottom of the staircase. "Hey." I put on a smile. "Why can't she stay?" Taylin asked.
I looked at Kentrell, but he just looked away. "She can stay for a bit." I sighed handing her back to Kentrell.
Taylin smiled showing all his teeth. "Come on." He waved for Kentrell to follow him upstairs.
I sighed sitting down on the couch. I might as well go visit blu , since I'm here.
It was kinda stupid for me to leave her here alone again, so I'm finna call Boomer , and make sure he don't let Kentrell take her nowhere.
"Hello" he yawned. "Um, can you come to Kentrell house , and make sure he doesn't take Aja anywhere?" I questioned.
"Why? That's her daddy." He spoke making me roll my eyes. I explained everything to him before he finally agreed.
"Just pretend you came to chill with him. Don't tell him I asked you to come." I explained.
"Aight , imma be there in 10." He said making me nod as if he could see me. "Thanks , bye." I said before hanging up.
I stood up , and snuck out the front door. I hopped in the car , I rented.

"Where's the baby?" Blu asked. "With her daddy." I responded as I sat on the couch.
"Oh." Blu mumbled sitting back. "Oh , so he outta jail?" My granny asked making me nod.
"When can I meet him?" She questioned. "You've meet him before." I furrowed my eyebrows.
"Kentrell." I explained seeing that she was confused. "Sheronda's Kentrell?" She questioned making me nod.
"I knew y'all wasn't no damn friends." She said making me laugh. "I know Kentrell. That's my friend." Blu smiled.
I smiled at him before touching his hair. "Blu go upstairs real quick, while I talk to her." Granny sighed.
He nodded before running upstairs.
"I got some bad news." She said making my smile falter. "What?" I questioned, already getting ready to cry.
"He has leukemia." She said making my jaw drop. "Who?" I questioned, hoping she wasn't taking about Blu.
"Blu." She explained. I tried my best not to cry , but I let a few tears fall. "We've gotta get him help." I sniffled.
"I can't afford-" I cut her off. "I can. I'll pay all his bills for chemo." I offered.
"Summer , we can try it for a little bit , but if it's not working then there's no use. He's so young , and I just don't want him to suffer." She spoke as she began sniffling.
I pulled he into a hug , and we both just cried.
"Why are you crying?" Blu question. I looked up at him , and pulled him close to me.
"I love you." I mumbled as I hugged him. "I love you too." He mumbled back. I could tell he was confused, but he just went with it.
"Are you crying because of me?" He asked making me look at him. "Why would you say that?" I questioned.
"Because granny told me I was sick , and she start crying, but I feel fine." He shrugged.
