2. Trip for fish

Y/n POV

I switched the lever to activate the sticky piston to open the wood wall. As I walked out I winced a little because of the sun. I strolled through the spruce forest that hid my home perfectly. I only walk to...that place. I don't want to use a nether portal and an ice track cause then they will find my house. The loneliness and isolation are very homey and comforting.

Even if it's a long walk I don't mind though it was calming. I then walk into an oak forest meaning I was about a mile away (1.609 km). I wanted a snack so I glanced around and saw some apples and started climbing the tree. When I gathered the apples I decided to eat the apples on the tree and sat on a branch.

But when I was finished and about to get down until I saw a black and white figure in the distance, roving. Although I was puzzled and intrigued to go investigate but since I didn't know who it was they could've been danger so I stayed hidden and completely silent till I couldn't see it anymore.

~time skip~

I arrived at Niki's underground kingdom entrance and rang the doorbell (pretend she has a doorbell). "Come in" she exclaimed sounding pretty happy, I didn't go in though. I stayed where I was and rang the doorbell again insinuating I wasn't gonna go in till she knew who it was. There was a bit of silence then I heard footsteps almost as if she was hesitant but that didn't stop her from smiling as I saw her smile as she turned the corner. Her happy face turned expressionless but her eyes still just shown disappointment and a hint of anger.

Niki's POV

I was sitting on my bed chilling and petting Meowth until I heard the doorbell ring so I went to the bottom of the stairs and shouted "come in," excitedly as I was happy someone's here and I'm not alone, sorry Meowth hehe. There was just another ring which kinda concerned me and made me pause, but I pushed it off as they didn't want to be rude so I walked up the stairs still smiling cause someone decided to visit me. As I saw who it was my expression changed as my face fell numb and was displeased and felt a little angry about who's here. Her/his/their solemn expression not changing as if she/he/they knew what my reaction to her/him/them being here was gonna be.
