Adora POV:

I turn around as I feel a arm on my shoulder. I froze. The smell of alcohol and cigarettes lingering around her.

I-I thought she was in jail and now she's right in front of me and we're alone. No one to help this time.

"Adora sweetie come home, I finally came back from that dirty place or whatever they call it these days"

"I'm not coming back home shadow weaver, you may have been my legal Guardian but I'm 18 know and I-" I slowly step backwards as I feel her hand on my check.

"I know how hard it must of been for me not being there but that's the stupid police station's fault, we can go back to how we were. One happy family. You've grown Up so fast! I'm sorry about how I treated you but if you were just more behaved back then-"

I slap her hand away. My confidence rose.

"I'm not coming back to you. You hurt people. You hurt me. Physically and emotionally. Nothing will change that. You took Catra away from me multiple times! You made my life a nightmare"

"What? that worthless idiotic cat is dirty! Rude! And a bad influence on you!"

"She. is. not. She's my everything. She means so much to me. She taught me more stuff that you ever did! And she's always been there for me, something you couldn't do! Even when she was getting abused by you she still made sure I was okay and made sure to me that she was fine even when I clearly knew she wasn't.  For the final time I'm. Not. Coming. Back. With. You! I'm done playing your little games"

"If you won't come with me then I guess we'll do this the hard way" she says in a threatening voice.

Catra POV:

I open my eyes slowly. I feel so refreshed for sleeping more with Adora.

I look beside me.

Ughhhhh

I get up and head downstairs Rubbing my eyes from the sleep.

"Adora??!!" I shout wondering where she is and if she'll just appear like usual. I hear no response.

Once I finally am more awoken. I look around the kitchen and living room.

Huh where is she?

I keep shouting for her when I see the door left open a little. She must have got on a walk... but why?

I open the door fully and as I put my shoes on I head outside.

She must be here somewhere.

As I walk through the nearest woods I come across the person me and Adora hate the most.

I look closer.

Wait... is that-

I hide behind a bush and try listening to what they're talking about.

"What are you going to do? I'm 18, you can't tell me what to do. Not anymore!"  Adora says.

Shadow weaver comes closer practically breathing on her shoulder which Adora flinched at. I clunch my knuckle.

She grabs her arms sharply tighting her grasp.

"You WILL come with ME! NOW!"

Adora freezes and I can see tears in her eyes but she tries to hide it best and act tough but she's struggling to.

"We can just go with no fuss but if you don't come with me they'll be consequences do you hear me"

She nods while adora's frightening face goes paler than it already is.

I see sw (shadow weaver) smirk under her stupid mask and start to walk off with her. I've had enough.

I run in front of her and tackle her down with my cat-like instincts.

"Have you been there the whole time worthless child!" Sw says with a dark voice. She pushes me and then says. "She's coming with me for a while. Isn't that right Adora?"

Adora looks at her then me and says. "Y-yes" but she gives me the pleading eyes (Catra and Adora can talk to each other without talking if makes sense)

"A-actually-" Adora starts again as she feels sw hand on her shoulder again.

"Too late" Shadow weaver says as she grabs adora's arm and starts walking of with her.

As soon as that comes out of her mouth I tackle sw onto the floor and beat her up and scratch her severely.

"Don't come near me or Adora EVER again " I say in a threatening voice to her as we here sirens and see blue and red flashing lights all around us.

I look to Adora as sw is been taking away in hand cuffs.

I see her still frozen and shaking whilst tears going down her cheeks.

I go up to her and embrace her in a hug. "Shhh it's okay she's gone.. she can't hurt or go near any of us again"

"B-but that's what you said last time- and she s-still found her way back t-to me" Adora says trembling as she hugs me aswell.

I stay silent for a while listening to her fast heart beat. I finally speak. "Then I guess I'll have to keep sure she doesn't" Adora looks at me confused. "I heard she's being executed, so she'll won't hurt us or anyone for that matter anymore. I heard she did a lot more than just hurt us.."

I hear I sniff. "I felt so afraid when I saw her... I- I thought I could be the good person and say no.. like you told me to but that only made it worse.."

"Shhh it's okay we're safe now, you need to get some rest it's been a long day" I feel her collapse due to exhaustion onto me whilst still hugging me. I role my eyes with a smile as I pick her up like a little child and carry her inside to our bedroom and lay her down on our bed.

"Please don't leave me" she says cutely with begging eyes.

"I wouldn't dare nor will I ever." I say as I help her take off her shoes, socks and jacket.

"You promise?" She says like a toddler.

"I promise"

I slowly get into bed next to her and turn so I can face her beautiful face. I stare at her beautiful eyes, her beautiful cheeks. Her beautiful lips...  I really do love her so much I thought as I stroke her cheeks from the stain marks from the tears.

I slowly take her ponytail out which she only lets me do. I Slowly stroke my hand through her blonde silky hair.

I look back at her lips as I notice her eyes slowly dropping then re-opening a few times. I notice she's starring at me aswell but I wouldn't care.

I wrap my arms around her and tangle our legs together. I look at lips again and slowly get closer to them.

Then I slowly kiss her. Gently and softly.

I really love her.. I think as I smile whilst kissing her soft pink lips.
