THE LIVE INTERVIEW

           Everyone was clapping. The story was over now. While she was telling about the betrayal and the hard time, her whole team was in tears. Even Joshi's eyes were a bit melted. The reporters were also getting emotional at that part. But when she told them about her first contract, everyone was smiling in happiness.

Reporter2 : Mam, sorry to interrupt this happy ending. But can you please tell us why weren't you ready to reveal it before?

Annie : When the rumor 'Anahita ranaway with her boyfriend' was spread among the society, my name was ruined totally. Everyone was making disgusting faces after seeing me. I had to face many more things. I didn't want to go against them and make them feel the same what I felt.

Reporter3 : Then what made you change your mind? I mean we know Joshi sir did. But still, how?

Annie : Ever heard that, a mistake is forgotten only once?
(Everyone nodded at this statement)

Annie : I was bearing those days in a hope for a better tomorrow. And I got it. I never let any negative thought enter my mind against them. I always waited that one day they will come back to me.

        One year passed, there wasn't even a call from them. There, I started hating them. They don't know how it feels to be alone in this world. My whole team is alone somewhere. We have a huge fan following but when we go back, nobody is there to wait for us. Nobody is there to take care of us. Nobody asks us if we are okay. We all take care of each other when we are at work. But after going home we need someone too.

         Family is important. They don't have any right to kick you out of the house. They are our first teacher. They should teach us when we make a mistake no matter how huge it is. A family should never leave you. If they do, then they have not right to be called your family.

        Once I read somewhere 'A stranger can love you and your blood can hate you.' I have experienced it. Many people love me and my blood hates me for the mistake I never committed.

        I was all the time broken. I was bearing the pain of loneliness. I used to wear black clothes because internally I was surrounded by darkness. I survived this whole time. I remember Kaki telling me to never stop. She said I deserved all the happiness. I got everything. I never stopped. But with whom I will share all this? What's the need of so much success and happiness when you have no one to share it?

        Now, I wanted to tell them, how I managed to live these years. When they didn't care about my reputation, why should I think about them? I built everything on my own. But they again tried to destroy me by recording a video on 'Annie is a betrayer' and sending it to Mr. Joshi to telecast it. They didn't thought once that I will be totally destroyed.

       But now, I want to thank them for all these. Thank you so much for kicking me out of the house. Thankyou for betraying me sister. Thankyou for giving me one more heart break after three years. Thank you for the pain. Desai sir was right, 'PAIN MAKES YOU A REAL ARTIST'. Because you gave me the pain which I used in my music. Look now, the whole nation is a fan of that pain. Thankyou for breaking me into pieces. Thank you so much for making me THE BROKEN STAR.
