I can't believe what my mother just told me. I should of known something was up with him. Why in the world would he need a lawyer just as good as me plus he said no matter the price he would pay. "I'm such a fool." I say with my head on my desk. " Mrs Rayne you have a Mr. Jance here to see you" my assistant says to me through the door. My heart immediately skips a beat, then terror and fear consumes me. " Umm tell him I'm in a conference call and I will get back with him later". I say to my assistant in a Shakey voice. As soon as my assistant shuts the door all I hear is mumbling then it gets quiet. My office door swings open and there in the opening of the door was Damion. " I know you probably heard the news but it wasn't me. I'm getting set up! That's why I need your help." He says to me with a dead stare. " Can't believe you! You must was stalking me. So you can finish the job huh." I say trying not to let the fear consume me more than it already has. " Tell me this sweet pea, why would I even get myself involved and why would I come to you out of all people for help. And if I wanted to do you in, I would of did it last night when we're all alone.
