"Who's my little girl?" voice sounded in apartment. After that a bit loud baby laugh filled the room.

Erwin smiled. His little baby girl growing really fast. She's already 5 months! 5 months from the day she was born. 14 months from the moment Haru got pregnant. 2 years since Erwin and Haru turned into dust Grasscover camp and they absolutely didn't care what is happening now with those who stayed alive.

The only thing they cared about is they baby. Erwin remembers how Haru almost killed him after great news of pregnancy. Some shouts and broken glass and Haru calmed down. Maybe Haru is not the best to show affection, happiness or love, but she's for sure the best to show she's angry.

She was really worried and scared. Gladly Erwin loves her and promised to stay always by her side and take care of her and the baby.

Returning to now, Erwin plays with little Niru. The name they gave to their girl. Haru was tired to sit everyday with Niru, so she went to kill some Souljunks and is about to return. Haru can't go anywhere far or for long, because Niru still needs her milk.

Erwin always watching Haru feeding Niru and sometimes it leads to angry Haru. Erwin often bothers baby from eating her food by touching her cheeks or hands. Niru gets easily disturbed and she pays attention to her daddy rather than food. So Haru is left no way but to push away Erwin, until she would feed Niru.

Finally, Haru returned. Her look wasn't the best to describe "mommy from tiring work". A little delightful smile and clothes soaked with blood.

"I'm back.." returning to normal state, said Haru. Erwin picked baby on his arms and went to Haru.

"How's it?" asked he trying to kiss Haru, but she just passed by.

"Like you need to ask? As usual "

"Aw, how rude~ We actually missed our sweet mommy, don't we, Niru?" Erwin turned Niru to him and she chuckled in her baby manner. Sometimes it seems like she for real starts to understand what they are talking about.

Haru sighed. She returned to him to give a kiss to her precious baby.

"You missed mommy?"asked Haru and planted kisses all over Niru's cheeks. Of course Erwin couldn't let Haru without a kiss, so quickly he pushed her closer and kissed.

"Yeah, we did, mommy" teased Erwin. Haru turned red and looked away. "Also, how about you and Niru take a bath? I don't think it's comfortable to walk in blood, plus we didn't wash Niru for a while"

"Hmm... Yeah, I think bath wouldn't hurt"

"I'll fill the tub" Erwin passed baby to Haru and went to bathroom.

Later~

Haru was sitting in the tub with little Niru sitting on her thighs. They exchanged with some quiet laughs and Haru washed her.

"Looks like everything is ok" said Erwin coming in.

"You should knock before coming in" Haru changed to her usual manner. It wasn't something unusual when Erwin is coming in bathroom while his girls are having a bath.

"Act like I'm a stranger, hmph!" He dramatically turned his head away, but sit down next to tub. Erwin caressed his daughter's cheek and smiled. "She looks like you"

Haru stayed silent. She continued to wash Niru ignoring Erwin. Erwin knows that she just can't express love and she's not indifferent to him.

Sigh. He kissed Haru on cheek and patted her head.

"Thank you"

"For what?" questioned Haru.

"For giving me Niru" Erwin grinned at her. Haru can ignore Erwin as much as she wants, but Niru is already the biggest way to show that Haru loves her lover.

"Ok! I think it's time get out of tub or you'll get hot" Erwin carefully took Niru from Haru. "We'll wait you in bed^^"

"Erwin?"

"Yes, sweetheart?" answered he laying near Niru that already fell asleep between them. Haru was silent, but continued.

"..I love you.." As quiet as she could she said.

"I love you too, Haru" Erwin moved Haru closer and they fell asleep.

Just like family, aren't they?
