Chapter 9 tears

(Y/n POV)

I felt nothing but pure rage, and sadness... It pained me for what happened to Rengoku... it's my fault this happened to him. if I was stronger maybe Rengoku would be fine...why... WHY DOES LIFE HAVE TO BE SO HARD, AND CRUEL!?!

Tears would non stop pouring out of my eyes as Rengoku was giving his last words. My eyes were so blurry I couldn't really see anymore, so i decided to dry them. Once I finished drying up my tears. I looked at Rengoku, and saw that he wasn't moving anymore, and his head was hanging down... that's when my heart stopped... no... it can't be... Please no.... 

"hey.... Rengoku... please stop playing around..."

As I said that I nudged him a little waiting for a response from him, but none was heard...

"Rengoku please stop playing around... Wake up..."

I started nudging him a little bit more roughly. Starting to tear up again.

"Rengoku please wake up it's not funny anymore."

I was now bursting out in tears violently shaking Rengoku, and begging him to wake up. I can't lose him... I did kind of take a liking to him(in a friend way) during this mission...

"PLEASE DON'T GO! I KNOW I'VE JUST KNOWN YOU FOR A BIT, BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN I WOULDN'T CARE ABOUT YOU! PLEASE WAKE UP! PLEASE!"

I couldn't hold it anymore... I let out the most painful scream I have ever made in my entire life. I haven't cried in so long ever since my family died...

"Please... Don't go... people still need you... like your family... the hashiras... like me... please... don't go yet... "

I started calming down. I felt this weird sensation, after sheading my last tear. 

"please..."

(3rd POV)

the the three demon slayers watching the demon hashira slowly break into pieces as she was begging for her life for the dead flame hashira to wake up. Her last tear drop fell onto Rengoku's abdomen. It was slowly starting to heal making the three demon slayers shocked. The demon hashira was to busy crying that she didn't realized that the flame hashira was back. 

she suddenly felt a pair of arms wrap around her. She stopped crying, and looked up to see Rengoku all healed up. she then starting crying again, but this time it was from joy. The other three demon slayers came, and joined the hug as they were all crying from pure joy. Time passed, and the kakushi came. they started patching up the three demon slayers, and some checking up on the two hashiras. 

After that they went back to the demon slayer headquarters. the three demon slayers went to the butterfly estate to rest. the two hashiras went to their estate, but the demon Hashira was invited to the flame estate. she put on her uniform (again) before heading to the flame estate. once she got there she was greeted by a boy maybe pre-teen or something , around her age sweeping the floor. once she approached the young man, his eyes lightened up. 

The kid gave her a big hug before repeatedly thanking the girl for helping his brother. She was stunned from the surprising contact, but then hugged the boy back. they both suddenly heard a loud voice, and they both knew it came from the one and only Rengoku Kyoujuro. The three headed inside the estate, and was getting ready for dinner. The demon girl wasn't really hungry, but forced herself to eat. 

while they were all eating the former flame hashira, Shinjuro Rengoku had to but in, and it didn't really end well... Shinjuro was the first one to attack the demon girl. Rengoku had to hold his father back, while Senjuro was holding onto the demon hashira. After that the (h/c) girl left after apologizing to the Rengokus for her rudeness, and impoliteness even though it was the former flame hashira who started it. She then went back to her estate for some rest, but she didn't know what, or who was waiting there for her...
