chapter 15

Y/n Pov

"Goryeo anigo it's goguryeo!" Taehyung gave a small giggle.

"Aishh i keep messing this up! I said I was weak at history" I said trusfrated.

"It's ok you'll get it alright"

After a long revision and re-revision of both history and geography we finally stood up to feel our limbs.

"I'll walk you home and get something to eat on our way like before"

"Yeah sounds good!"

We walked to the nearby street. My stomach growled as we came near the street food shops.

"What do you wa-"

"Tteokbokki! Tteokbokki!" I shrieked.
People turned their heads to know which 2 year old kid made this noise.

Well this was one of the major reasons I am here in South Korea.

Taehyung smiled and turned towards the shop lady.

"Then two servings of tteokbokki ahjumma."

"Nae~" she had the sweetest and the kindest smile on her face.

We took our plates and sat down a but far away from the already-too-crowded shop.

"Why did you choose korea for your studies?" Taehyung spoke up with his mouth full.

"Firstly coming to south korea was my dream. Secondly i got the highest scholarship here so why not?!" I grinned.

"And are you doing some part-times here?"

"Nope i haven't found any yet. I am still searching for one."

"Oh! Then I work at this restaurant a little distance from my home, evening shift. They were thinking of hiring one or two more people. Will you join? What do you think?"

"Woah that's a surprise. That's absolutely a fabulous idea." My eyes sparkled.

"Come with me tomorrow then."

"Ok!!"

We talked a lot about random things on the way to my home.

"Well that's it. That's the apartment i am staying in."

"Hmm go in"

I started to go inside the gate but then I turned towards him.

"Thank you" a grateful smile flourished on my face.

"Mmmm...."

I unlocked the gate and went in. I looked at him once more. He was looking at me with this expressionless face..... And then......

He suddenly stuck his tongue out.

I chuckled.

I ran to my room,opened it and went in. I closed the door behind me and rested my back against the door.

My heart was beating unusually fast, like crazy!

Ah wae?!!! Why am I so happy?!!!
Why the heck!!!!!

I slowly went and washed up and then flung myself on the bed.

The smile never left the corners of my lips.

I peeped through the window just beside my bed. Small diamonds twinkled in the blue black canvas. They winked at me and seemed to wish me a good night.

I dozed off to sleep thinking about anything and everything about Taehyung.

I'll need to go to my new job as well!
