chapter 18

My backpack was already packed with comfy clothes; oversized tshirts, loose shorts, two pair of jeans, and some accessories.

I was wearing a purple checked shirt with a pair of white jeans and sport shoes.

After I was done I called Bong Soon.

"Almost done! Just searching for a ribbon. It's awfully hot! I can't keep my hair loose."

"I tied mine too. It really is warm today. Well let's meet at the restaurant then. I'll see if the others are ready. See ya there!"

I hung up.

I went to our chat group.

"Secret Six" was the name given to it. I loved the name and it always made me smile.

"Well are you guys done yet. The girls are already ready, what are you boys even doing?!"

"Well well well I am already standing near the door. Meet you at the restaurant then" jimin texted.

"Me too. Just wearing my shoes"

"I am done. Wait..... Lemme just observe my handsome face in the mirror just once more ;)"

"Will you guys keep on blabbering?! Come on move!" Taehyung seemed to hiss through the smartphone.

I wore my backpack and took my wallet in one hand and locked the door with the other.

As I came out of the apartment i saw.......

Taehyung?

What is he doing here now?

He looked extremely cute in his light purple tshirt and black loose pants followed by blue shoes.

Perfect he looked!

"Why are you here?" I asked him still confused.

"I got ready long time before so I got bored and decided to go for a walk and ended up here. So I thought maybe it's better to go to restaurant together now that I'm here." He shrugged.

"Oh! Ok! Come on then. We took our steps towards the restaurant.

We reached there early. Nobody was there yet, not even customers. The other part timers were not there as well. We sat down sipping some ice-water.

Bong Soon arrived next. She wore a cute one piece. She looked -hell- pretty in it. She sat down on the chair beside me and mopped her forehead with her handkerchief.

"Phew! It's so freaking hot. Thank God i am not the last one though!"

"Hallo people!" Jimin came dancing from one foot to other and hugged taehyung from the back so hard till he yelped.

Jungkook and jin came together.

"We bumped into each other at the door" they grinned.

"Ok so are we ready? Can we head out now?" Jimin took up the responsibility of the leader as usual.

"Yeah" we chorused together as some of the brightest smiles crept into our lips unknowingly.

We headed out to the nearest bus stop. We needed to board a bus which takes us directly to the park. The boys have already checked the time slot of the bus.

We took quick steps towards the bus stop.

We got the right bus and boarded it. The bus started a couple of minutes later.

I got the first gush of wind on my face.

Off we go!
