As Shizuka walked into the house, my heart stopped. I could barely move, just hearing his voice and seeing his face made my movement drop.
I know my way around this town, so I began walking away from the house. As I was walking, I felt his eyes just watching me. I know he's watching me walk away, even though I couldn't see him. His hair, his clothes, I can tell he's in a gang of sorts, but that's none of my business.
I went to the nearby library for a brainstorm. As I was there, I decided to look around the library. As I was there, I noticed a book there that caught my eye: Love for Dummies.
Hmm.. this could be really useful. I've been thinking of Shizuka for a while.. and she's really beautiful now that I think about it. I looked around and made sure nobody was around, then I began to read.

"The Flattery stage, eh?"
I turned and noticed Rhed, just staring at me. I couldn't prove it, but he was disgusted."Hey bud, I can ex-"
"Don't bother, Kamaye. You fell in love with the silent beauty, didn't you?"
"What the hell are you even doing here?" I asked him, as he chuckled and said:
"I'm looking for a book that explains luck. I've been getting lucky for a while now, it's getting kinda boring."After a bit, I paid for the book and walked outside, as Rhed stood there, defeated.
Suddenly, I hear a voice ring out from behind me. I turned to face it and suddenly, I felt pain in my stomach."YER COMIN' WITH ME, PAL." I heard, as my collar was grabbed. I couldn't see behind me, I couldn't warn Rhed, and my breathing was restricted.
He threw me into the ground, as I turned to face him. He loomed over me, looking around 6'5, and he just stared at me.
"Y'know some guy tol' me to teach you a damn lesson. Now, there's a fine line between business and personal. This isn't personal, it's all business." The man said, as I looked up and looked at his suit. His suit had a grey inside, covered by a black blazer. I could tell just by his suit, he's a Yakuza. His face confirmed it for me: a burn covered his right eye and his left cheek had a scar driving up to his nose.
"See somethin' ya like? Heheh.. don't worry kid, I won't mess you up too bad."
He said, as he picked me up by the shoulders. He threw his fists, as they hit me in my stomach and face. He picked up my face and threw me back down to the ground.
"Cmon kid, stand up and hit me!" He said, as I managed to pick myself up, clenching my stomach.
God.. this hurts. If I call Rhed, he'll end up getting hurt as well. He's making my mouth taste like blood.. I need to think of something to beat him..!He began charging at me, that's when I noticed a pattern. He charges with his left arm, just like Raul did. I had to think back to my years fighting bullies, and I had to remember how I counte-
"STAND STILL THEN, I'LL HIT YOU!"
He rammed into me, his left arm pushing against my chest. I couldn't touch the floor, and I couldn't turn around. All I could do is hit his back, hoping it would make him put me down.
I felt a pain in my back, as my eyes began to blacken out. I couldn't see, but I felt it. I felt the glass run down my fingertips, I felt the metal bend around my back. I felt the blood run down my forehead, I was losing the fight.
I'm thinking like an absolute idiot like he is. As he backed up, I reached the floor and looked behind me.He rammed me into a goddamn van, and made a dent the size of my body. As adrenaline rushed to my brain, I began looking around. I have a book, a note, and a pen in my pockets, along with two bottles slanted against the wall behind him. He's standing in my way, though.. this is gonna be tough.
Before I could even think of a plan, he ran towards me again. The pattern stayed the same, so I managed to throw myself out of his way. He rammed into the van again, but looked at me, now on his right. As I stood back up, be threw two punches, both of which I managed to dodge. His third one, was a hook. The hook I expected to hit my face, so I ducked. But that's exactly what he wanted, as his fist angles down, hitting me in the cheek.
As I managed to recover, he threw another one, which I know I can't dodge. Instantly, I remember I'm bought the book from the library just next to us. So, with that in mind, I take the book out of my jacket's pockets and put it in place of my gut. He hits it, and then I realize what I had done.
I stabbed his fist with the pen.
