After a couple days Asta started acting,,,weird? Like, bringing me my favorite flowers, foods, and even got me a sapphire necklace (my actual birthstone) today he brought me breakfast, it was Saturday morning I was getting ready for morning training-

"Knock knock!" I turned around "One second I'm doing something" I was wrapping the necklace around my wrist "Alright come in" Asta peeked inside "Ya busy?" I shook my head "I was about to go to visit the Wizard King and train-" Asta grabbed my arm and pulled me downstairs "I got you a new wand" I looked confused and sighed "Henry! A wall in the Northwest Hall please!" A wall appeared in front of us,,,,Asta slammed into it "What's with you?" "What do you mean?" I rolled my eyes "all the gifts! This necklace, breakfast? Seriously what the hell" He stood up in front of me "Well Vanessa said- if you like someone then give them things they like" I blinked a few times before realizing what he said "Like...as friends?" I was extremely confused "No. Not even best friends" (I feel like he'd be so straightforward confessing 👁👁) "U-uh" I stuttered clearly embarrassed. Devi came out and blasted the wall, while Angel pushed me out "We'll be back later Asta!" Devi waved him goodbye 'I should really get going to the Wizard King' I sat on my broom and started flying to the Capitol.

~At the entrance of the Castle cause of a annoying Royal~

I stood in front of two of the most annoying Royals, "Let me in" Nebra Silva got in my face "And what's a commoner doing in the Castle grounds?" Solid Silva looked at me "And a black bull too..." I rolled my eyes and kicked Nebra in the shin (💀) running inside "How dare you kick royalty!?" Solid chased me, I started running faster while I was unning heard chatting in a room and assumed it was the Captain's with the King I bursted inside.

All eyes were on me

I heard footsteps and quickly ran past Nozel and Captain Yami and sat in the King's chair he was standing anyway Yami ignored it and Nozel glared at me, the Wizard King chuckled "What happened this time?" Julius looked at me "A snobby eagle" I looked at Nozel "Tell your stupid brother to stop chasing me" All captains looked at the door and saw Solid "You! Get out of That seat and leave!" I stuck my tongue out "Your Majesty do you not see them?" Nozel pointed at me 'ugh...royals' Julius shook his head "They're aloud to come here whenever they want" The captains whispered "But why?" Captain Charlotte spoke "He's not special" "Just like that very hidden secret you have" I smirked Charlotte looked at me "I don't have any secrets" Everyone looked at me "Captain Charlotte likes Captain Yami, Nozel actually loves his siblings and our wonderful sleeping Captain has very pretty eyes" I smiled

••Nozel's eyes widened so did Charlotte's•

"That's absurd!" They both yelled at me, I laughed then felt hands pick me up and place me back down- it was the Wizard King he probably wanted to sit down so he set me on his lap "I see so Princess Prickly likes me?" Yami opened an eye and looked at me "Yup!" I smiled  I saw Charlotte fuming red as a tomato "Ok if this meeting is over can I leave?" Julius nodded "You all may leave" Everyone had left a few seconds later "Well Kayd ready to start training now?" I nodded softly.

•With Asta•

"Why'd they leave like that?" Asta questioned myself "was it something I said?" He panicked "I don't want them to hate me! I like them a lot if they hated me it'll be really bad" He thought of all the possible things that could go wrong in the worst possible ways "ok, ok calm down Asta,,,,You're their best friend they won't get mad,,,hopefully" Asta calmed down and went outside to train.

[back with the King and Kayd]

"Ok...again!" Julius watched me as I blasted fire at a wall, it's supposed to be harmful to humans who have darkness in their heart or bad intentions "How am I supposed to do this without a human Oyaji?" I looked at him "I'm not that old!" I laughed "Well tomorrow we're going to call the captains in to see who is the traitor" He smiled and I nodded "you should be heading back it's almost sundown" I look at the sky 'this late already?...' I nodded "Bye-bye Kingu-chan!" He waved me off as I flew away on my broom

"Kayd! Up here" I heard Asta yelling from the roof I flew up to him "What's up?" "Why'd you fly off like that?" I remembered what happened this morning "I-its just I didn't know how to respond! Don't get me wrong I like you too but you just said it so suddenly" Asta's eyes widened a bit but I kept rambling "it's just weird cause we're fri-" I was cut off by a soft pair of lips 'Asta?..' I couldn't focus on anything he was intoxicating but in a good way I couldn't pull away but he did "Sorry- that was rude but you kept rambling" It took a moment for me to realize what just happened.

I turned bright red and hid my face, Asta looked at me and chuckled "You're so cute" I turned away "Shut up! You just caught me off guard" I crossed my arms "Like...this?" He turned my around and kissed me again "Eh! Stop you idiot that's embarrassing.." He started laughing, his laugh is so cute.. "Does that mean you'll be mine?" I looked at him and blinked a few times "Seriously?" He scratched his cheek softly "is that a yes?.." I rolled my eyes and kissed his cheek "Of course it is idiot" I jumped down from the roof and went inside but once I did..i basically sprinted to my room
