Today was the day I focus on myself. I usually put others before me but today was different, and to start it I decided to see Asta.

"Heyyy Asta" I peeked in his room. "Hey sunshine what's up?" He was polishing his swords. "Huh? What's with the name?" He lifted a brow "Don't like it? I think it's perfect for someone like you" He smiled and I blushed "Oh! Well I wanted to see what you're doing" I smiled at him and sat beside him. "Just polishing" I kissed his cheek "Well I might be busy today" He looked at him curiously "With?" I stood up "That's a secret Darling" I walked out humming to myself, Asta sat there dumbfounded.

I started walking to the exit before grabbing my broom. "And where are you going" I felt a sharp pain from my head...you guessed it, Captain Yami "I-im just doing a me day" Yami lifted a brow "A 'me day'?" I nodded "I don't usually pay attention to myself I just forget I exist, and only help others-" I felt more pain "Well pay more attention to yourself, I don't need anyone dying in my squad" 'I'm going to die because my skull was crushed.' "Can I go now?" He let go of me.

"I wonder what the King is doing..." I landed at the entrance of the Castle and walked inside and was greeted by none other than the Great Captain of The Silver Eagles. "What are you doing here?" He glared at me "Are you deaf? I can come here whenever" I rolled my eyes, he scoffed "I don't know how a blind freak like you got in" My eyes widened "Just like that magicless one, useless" One of my veins must've bursted cause I was fuming red "Shut up, you're just a snobby Royal which doesn't care about their siblings!" I stormed off leaving Nozel dumbfounded.

After storming off I entered the King's office "Kingu?" I peeked inside "Come in Kayd" He sounded serious "Is..there something wrong?" He shook his head "Everything's fine" He smiled, his smile made me want to cry but happily. "Well that Eagle Captain of yours is a pain in the ass" My voice went from concerned to pouty real quick "How so?" I walked up to his desk and sat on the corner where there was no papers "He called me a blind freak" He lifted his brow "Really now?" I nodded and sighed "Kingu, have you ever thought of marriage?" He was completely focused on me

"What brings that up?" I was embarrassed "A-Asta and I may or may not be together" His eyes sparkled "Really? I'd never expect you two to get together" He chuckled. Neither did I but here we are "Me neither, it was kinda sudden..but don't worry it won't distract us from our duty as Magic Knights" I smiled "Good because you won't be magic Knights anymore" I was confused but then a sudden shock of worry went through my head "it's not what you think Kay" I looked at him still worried "I want you and the rest of the Black Bull's to take the Royal Knights Exam" (?) I froze and suddenly blacked out..but not for long

"Kayd!" The King was staring at me "Y-yes?" "You ok?" I was still sitting on the desk like nothing happened 'Thanks Papa..' "I'm fine" He nodded and continued talking while I was half listening but Angel was listening for me I was thinking about what my father said 'but is really my father..he could be but he could also be an imposter' I sighed not thinking about any further continuing to listen to His Majesty.

After I got to the base I went to my room immediately ignoring everyone including Asta.

"The first time was accidental, so what was I doing" Thinking back I was holding my necklace but this is just a necklace Asta bought me....right? I held my necklace and started thinking about my father, nothing "Then..it was fake" I sighed "What was fake?" I looked at my door and Asta was there "oh..you scared me" He nervously laughed "Sorry" I chuckled "it's fine, did..you need something?" He shook his head "but I wanted to return something" I lifted a brow "Did you take something?" He came closer, I felt heat come across my face the next thing I knew Asta had kissed me "W-why'd you do that?" I looked at him blushing red (😻👍) he chuckled "I love you too" He waved and walked off  "Idiot" I turned away
