I will not be defeated by a mere boy!

King Velex pov :

I was sitting in my throne room, waiting on no name to come home and give me the news that the boy is dead. I will be the only one who has that much power, he shall die as I was having my evil monologue, (which by the way I'm totally justified so it isn't that evil.) no name came in. She was petting that creepy-ass headless doll she has, smiling like a mad man.

"Dear sister, is the job done?" She looked at me

"Yes! your royal laziness," she made the doll bow to me "for someone who is super powerful you're super lazy" I had erk marks on my face and sighed.

"Well, thanks... now there is no one to stop me from ruling the world!"

"Except for the black commit! I mean, he is super powerful. He just hides his gift since he feels like it's a curse." She said it in a sing-song fashion. I jumped up and yelled

"That trader is no match compared to me! I am invincible!" no name then danced around me and continued her childish antics.

"No or not, not yet at least, not yet anyways! You still need to find the rest of the stones, and I'm pretty sure that Armon boy had the blue stone! You just had me kill him!" I looked at with wide eyes

"You idiot! Why did you not tell me this from the beginning?" She just made a surprised face

"Oops! I thought I did, must have slipped my mind" She knocked on her head then shook it around to pretend it was empty. I was far too annoyed to deal with her, I just stood up and walked out to the balcony.

"I will not let a mere boy defy me." Just then, one of my look outs dashed in.

"Your majesty! We have intel that said the boy did not die!" I calmly walked inside to him then grabbed him by the throat.

"And how do you know this?"

"The trees told me..." I dropped him and listened to him wheeze to regain his breath.

"If you want a job done right, you have to send out the league."

"But! Your majesty! we can't control them! They're even crazier than princess no name!" I slapped him.

"You do not have a say in this, bring them to me!" He nodded and I had a evil smile plastered on my face.

Armon's pov:

I slowly sat up, I didn't feel the pain in my left leg anymore, and I was not sweating, nor was I in any pain. I stood and walked out the tent to see if I could find Jace. As I was walking around campsite, I had finally found him. But, he was with someone smaller than him. Heck! He is even smaller than me! There was also a girl with red hair, I walked up to them.

"Hello?" As soon as I said that, everyone stopped talking and looked at me. The next thing I knew, I was being tackled by the little guy. He had the biggest smile on his face I just tiredly looked to Jace in confusion. He shrugged and smiled

"That's my little brother, Clarence. He's the one who healed you, it's good to see you're doing better." I nodded at them. I was still in a death hug from Clarence.

"Who is the girl?"

"That's Odet Swan, she is a runaway from the swan clan to come join the leaf guard."

"I see, mister Clarence? can you let me go please?" He looked at me with a small pout.

"Oh, yes I can." He stood up then Jace helped me up, blushed a little bit, but quikly hid. He noticed it and started to tease.

"Oh! Has little Armon got a crush on me? I mean who wouldn't? I'm fucking hot as hell."

"NO I DO NOT!!" I then ran away so I could hide during my flustered state. "Fucking ass! Did he have to tease me? I mean yeah, I think I'd have a crush on him...but I would never let him know that! I would never hear the end of it."

Jace pov:

I put my hand on my face to hide the small blush as I walked away. Damnit, he was so adorable when he was flustered. Stop it Jace! You don't have room for love in your life. You tried that once and they stabbed you in the back (literally) and became power hungry! But I mean, it has been 18 years since then... maybe it is okay to try love again. It could never hurt to try... but that's the thing it could hurt ! But Armon's not like that, he's a fucking cinomion-roll! How's he supposed to stab me in the back? I was also terrified when he got poisoned, but why was I so scared? It's whatever, i'll find out some other time.
