Liams POV
I heard Harvey's cry. It pained me to hear it again.
He cried in his sleep the first night he slept at my house. He looked so scared and vulnerable. It made me feel awful since I was probably the cause of it. He curled into my body whimpering, so I held him close and rubbed his head to try and comfort him, I didn't expect it to work, I just wanted to help in in any way possible. To my surprise his cries soon disappeared. He woke up a little while later. He looked up at me with his beautiful, innocent eyes and blushed. He was embarrassed at my gaze so he tried to hide his little head in my chest. He looked so cute, I felt my love for him grow times a thousand.
I slammed the door open calling Harvey's name. I spot Zeal holding a pencil to Harvey's leg. Harvey was leaned backwards against the principal's desk, with Zeal hovering over him. I lunged over and grabbed him by the throat and punched him in his gut a couple of times. He squirmed in my hand like a chicken, I definitely enjoyed watching him like this, I wanted to continue, but since Harvey hadn't been harmed I just threw him to the floor.
"You just made a big mistake! You should have listened to me." He coughed up, worming his way to the door. I didn't give a s*** if he left now, he's already been revealed as the snake he is.
"I'll make sure to come after you guys full force." He warned, scrambling out of the room. Too bad for him his little charade is up. I made my way to Harvey's side and wrapped him in my arms. He trembled a bit before relaxing into my embrace.
Cortney's POV
I was waiting for Harvey in the cafeteria with my friends. He should be here any moment. The announcement speaker went off calling for him. I was worried, Harvey would never do anything bad enough to get called in. I guess we'll just have to eat without him. I really didn't want to but If I waited I'd probably miss lunch. I couldn't have that now could I? I dig into the food on my tray. Just as I was finished eating the announcement speaker went off again.
"Now that I've got you trapped in here, alone, I'll make sure not to let you off as easily as last time!" It sounds like Zeal? But wait, that would mean him and Harvey were in the principal's office. They couldn't be alone right? I mean the principal has to be there...
"I bet you thought you could make a fool of me." He sounds a little crazy...
"Why, why do you have to take things this far?" Its Harv's voice!
"Cause pieces of s*** like you and Liam think they're so amazing. You need to be shown your place." My gosh, why would the principal allow Zeal to speak like that through the speaker? Was this unintentional? Oh gosh, maybe the principal isn't even there! Lillian and Emily seemed to come to the same conclusion as me. I stood from my seat and ran towards the office. I couldn't let poor Harv experience pain like that again. He'd better not be hurt! I saw Liam fly past me in the hall, definitely heading in the same direction as me. I could rest a little knowing he would be able to make it there before me.
"You see, he knew when to quit, he knew when to give in." So all of what was being said about him were true, he really was harassing Liam.
"Maybe I should give you the same treatment I gave him, or maybe, maybe I could make it a little more painful since you've caused me so much trouble." Oh no, please make it in time Liam!
"You see, I broke a couple of his fingers and he whimpered and screamed like a little girl. I warned I would threaten his friends as well if he didn't obey me. It was unfortunate I had to move soon after though, I was having so much fun." What cruel son of a b**** psychopath! Hopefully after hearing this he'll be expelled! It would sure make everyone's lives better.
I heard a lot of commotion around the corner. I decided to see what was going on. I spotted a guy, covered in cuts and bruises, and the principal standing next to him. There were a bunch of people surrounding him, probably checking to see if he was okay, or maybe just to get some entertainment. I got a closer look at him and realized it was the principal's son that was on the ground. I guess that would explain why he left the office.
."Who did this to you?! Tell me!" He demanded. The guy just sat on the floor not speaking.
"If you don't tell me what happened you'll be grounded!" He threatens. That seemed to get his attention.
"It was... H-Harvey..." He said, obviously lying. It pissed me off so much I grabbed him by his collar.
"Don't you blame this on Harvey!" I shout, scaring the guy a little. The principal glared at me since I was holding his beaten son by the collar.
"Harvey wouldn't hurt a fly and you know it! Now tell us who did this." I demand, raising a fist. The principal was about to shout at me until we heard a lot of ruckus coming from the speakers. We froze in our spots trying to make out what was happening, it sounds like Liam made it.
"Let go of him if you don't want to be suspended." He warned. I glared at him for a moment then turned my head back to the guy.
"Look, we all know Zeal isn't who we thought he was, so you can drop the whole act." I tell him. He lowered his head in guilt, trying to avoid my gaze.
"Sorry... I, I just wanted to be his friend... I-I approached him in the hall and we chatted for awhile. He seemed like a nice guy, until he took me into a classroom and attacked me. I guess it was just a way to lure you out of your office."
"Harvey did that?" The principal asks in surprise and disgust. I just wanted to slap him over that partially bald head of his.
"N-no, I meant Zeal." With that I released him. He curled into a ball trying to hide from all the eyes on him. The principal's look of shock didn't change. Hopefully Zeal will be expelled now that he's been exposed.
Zeal's POV
Those two think they can get off that easy? They talked back to me, they made a fool of me, and worst of all hit me! I'll show them. I'll have their legs broken and leave them beaten in the dirt, right after I get my army.
I ran out the door trying to avoid one on one combat. I'll catch them when I bring five of my tools with me. As I began making my way down the hall I noticed all the students frozen in their spots, staring at me, some even glaring... why?
