Isabella Lupin sat at the dining room table in front of her parents and brother with a scowl on her face. The fifteen year old had just been expelled from Beauxbatons Academy of Magic.

Beauxbatons became a sanctuary that lifted her spirits to new heights. Within its enchanting halls, Izzy not only found friends but discovered a profound sense of joy that permeated her days. The perfection of life she had found within the embrace of these magical walls became a source of enduring happiness, weaving a tapestry of shared laughter and love. The more time she spent at school, the more she found herself immersed in a bundle of happy memories, each moment etched with the warmth of friendship and the magic of newfound happiness.

Izzy, with her dramatic flair, sassy charm, and mischievous spirit, shared delightful moments with her best friends at Beauxbatons. Together, they infused the school's refined atmosphere with a touch of magic by indulging in harmless pranks and plotting ways to bend the rules. Despite their initial disdain for the unfortunate poshness of Beauxbatons, Izzy and her friends managed to inject a sense of joy and camaraderie into the school days. Their days, filled with laughter and whimsy, transformed mundane moments into cherished memories, adding a sprinkle of lighthearted magic to brighten their collective experience.

However, all good things come to an end.

Madame Maxine summoned Isabella's parents for a discussion, expressing concerns about her behavior and perceived influence on others at Beauxbatons. Following a thoughtful conversation among the professor and parents, a collective decision emerged – it was deemed in Isabella's best interest not to continue at Beauxbatons. Drawing on connections and negotiations, they orchestrated a shift that saw Isabella embarking on a new chapter at Hogwarts, where fresh opportunities for growth and a change of scenery awaited.

Izzy's discontent grew as a palpable storm within her. The news of leaving Beauxbatons, a place she had come to consider a canvas for her mischief and a backdrop for her friendships, cast an awful sense of horror over her spirited demeanor. The prospect of change weighed heavily on her, and an air of unhappiness clung to her every gesture. As she thought more about the transition to Hogwarts, the unfamiliarity of it all compounded her discontent, leaving Izzy grappling with a sense of loss and a yearning for the familiar echoes of Beauxbatons. She didn't ever want to be near Remus, Beauxbatons was her safe place away from him, and now she was being ripped away from it without a choice.

Her parents were incredibly upset with her behaviour.

She didn't want to leave her friends. Her attachment to Beauxbatons transcended the confines of mere education; it had woven itself into the fabric of her identity, creating a sense of home that even her own residence couldn't replicate. Sure the school itself was terribly boring and sure she thought the majority of the students were a little too snobby for her liking, but she didn't want to leave! Beauxbatons felt more like home then her own house did! She liked being with her friends, and of course she had been through some horrible experiences at the school, but she didn't want to leave...

She didn't want to be near Remus either. Nor did she want another screaming match with him, especially at school. The specter of their previous summer, filled with relentless arguing and draining confrontations, lingered as a haunting memory. The idea of another potential screaming match, especially within the confines of her new school, weighed heavily on her. The nervousness surrounding their interactions cast a gloomy mood over the anticipation of the holidays, as Isabella found herself dreading a repetition of the  dynamics that had characterized their past encounters.

"We are very disappointed in you Isabella." Lyall said calmly.

Isabella had to force herself not to roll her eyes.
