"See you soon, Kait," Izzy waved from the fireplace. "Wish me luck. Lupin Cottage!"
She groaned as she hit the fireplace of her home, brushing the dust off of her clothes. She glanced around, relieved to know that the boys weren't in the room.
"Isabella!" Remus shouted from the kitchen, frowning at the possible arrival of his sister, "is that you?"
Izzy bit her lip, the temptation to not respond simply to irk him was certainly there, but she wasn't particularly in the mood to argue with him after her nice time away. "In the living room!"
"Well obviously," he replied, stepping into the room. "Are you here the rest of the day?"
"Yeah," she nodded, walking forwards to leave the room, but Remus placed a hand on her shoulder. "What a-"
"Don't ever ignore me if I'm telling you not to do anything, mum said you're grounded and it's my responsibility to make sure you listen to her. Don't ignore me again."
"Oh shove off, Remus," she pushed past him, walking towards the stairs. "Go back to your little boy band, and leave me alone!"
Remus scoffed, and watched as she walk up to her room.
"Everything alright?" James asked, walking out of the kitchen and into the hall. "She get back safely?"
"Unfortunately," Remus laughed, though James furrowed his eyebrows, shaking his head. "Shall we get moving then?"
"Yeah," James' smiled returned to his face, yet he was still ever so curious as to why his friend was acting so odd. "Should we tell her we're going out?"
"Nah."
"What if she ends up needing something?"
"She'll survive," Remus shrugged.
Isabella flopped down on her bed, chucking her rucksack on her bedroom floor, sighing. She reached onto her shelf, opening the copy of Hogwarts, A History, her father had given her when she turned eleven to try and convince her to go to Hogwarts.
She flicked through the pages with little interest, feeling tense at the idea of actually going to a new school. For anyone other child in her position, it would've been fine, the twin brother would've helped her through her journey of starting a new school, but no. Izzy with completely alone with her change of schools, her parents were angry and her brother hated her, without doubt, she had nothing good going for her.
She threw the book across her bed and reached for Panda, her comfort teddy bear, closing her eyes.
But closing her eyes and attempting to nap did very little.
"You're the reason your sister is dead!" A random boy said to her. Isabella didn't know where she was. It appeared she was in some sort of castle filled with students, Hogwarts students.
She walked through the corridors, hands trembling. She didn't really know where she was going, but her legs kept walking and she carried on moving.
"Murderer!" A girl sneered, "why would anyone want to be friends with you? You're awful!"
Isabella felt tears prickle in her eyes as she looked at the girl, she couldn't recognise her, but her words stung either way.
In the distance, she could see four figure standing together, laughing. They were laughing at her, it was Remus, Sirius, Peter and James.
Her legs were moving quicker now, and before she knew it, Isabella had stormed over to her brother and his friends. Even James, the seemingly reasonable one was mocking her, hating her.
