  As soon as I heard that I dropped the notebook I had and ran over to where I heard the sound coming from, the fireplace.

Lenora was gone and a trapdoor was open. The others got there a few seconds after I did and they were very visibly scared.

And without thinking, I jumped down.

I landed quickly and saw Len on the ground. Len, I like that nickname. Ugh stop it Chizome, you're getting sidetracked. I ran over and searched her quickly trying to see if she had any injuries. I was pretty relieved when she had none.

A&J-"aaaaAAAAAHH"

A-"GET OFF OF ME JACKSON!"

J-"OW! I CAN'T GET OFF WHEN YOU'RE PINNING ME DOWN AIKO!"

A-"Oof- Is everyone okay? You can't just jump down a random trapdoor Chizome!"

C-"Me and Lenora are okay, the question is-"

J-"The hell is THIS place?"

C-"As I was going to say, the question is what is this place?"

I got up and helped Lenora get up as well. I offered help to Jackson and Aiko but they refused, I looked around and we were in a cement room with one wall that has runes engraved on it and another with a rectangle carved into it.

I touched the runes and with a closer look it was the language called 'Enderlings'. I was pretty sure I knew how I knew what it was and that I could understand it when I started speaking it. It was an old language, the language of the-

J-"The hell?"

C-"What?"

J-"What are you saying dude?"

C-"Oh, I was just reading these runes."

J-"...What?"

C-"Yea, I can read it."'Õ-Ō'

J-"gUYS CHIZOME CAN READ THE WEIRD RUNE THINGYS!"

I hit him. I hit Jackson. Shit. Shit, shit, shit! I didn't mean to. Apparently he didn't think anything of it and just shook it off. I don't know why he didn't react and hit me back or yell at me. I'm so confused right now, who are these people?

A-"Wait you can? Chizome that's so cool!"

C-"Wait, huh? Y-You don't think that it's
weird, or unnatural?"

My voice was cracking.

L-"Dude you can speak another language, which means you're bilingual and that's pretty cool!"

C-"Um c-correction, trilingual."

J-"...What."

C-"I can s-speak english a-as well."

L-"Whoa. Thats super cool!"

C-"Hm, w-well here's what it says. 'If you are reading this you are in danger'"

A-"Danger? What does that mean?"

C-"I'm getting to that, 'the witches are vengeful and incredibly dangerous. If you are still here reading this RUN, RUN, RUN.' Hm, we have to find a way out of here. Now."

J-"What do you mean? It looks like someone just randomly wrote this trying to scare us."

C-"There is a literal ominous message written- no, ENGRAVED, SCRAWLED onto that wall. It looks frantic the more that I look a it.

L-"Yea, I think we should слушать чизоме."

A-"Lenora can't speak other languages and I know that for a fact. What's going on?!"

I recognize that voice and I don't like that I do. She said the first part calmly but her voice quickly filled with malice. As soon as she finished saying 'hello there' she started floating. Her voice wasn't soft and sweet anymore but rather hard and rough. Her eyes were fully white except her pupils. But suddenly she fell.

I rushed over and caught her before she fell. I was holding her bridal style and the others rushed over, I knelt down placing her on the ground and Aiko tried to shake her awake. Let's say that it definitely worked. When Len woke up Jackson helped her up and gave her some stability.
