Quidditch Tryouts II

"Captain" called dean reaching for harry.

He smiled "hey dean, you trying out?" Asked harry.

"Yes, of course. I've been waiting" said dean eagerly.

"What place? Where is Seamus? Is he trying too?"

"I've been working on as chaser. Seamus? Yeh he's right there with his new girlfriend" said dean pointing to the stands where Seamus is snogging some girl.

Next to them harry saw Romlida Vain and her friends giggling at themselves. She did really came thought harry.

"Lavender!?" Harry laughed. "That's great. Besides chaser uh? You got quite a competition"

Dean sighed "I know! You're talking about ginny, aren't you? I'll not compete with her I'll try to be on the team at
least"

"You'd do great dean" harry patted on his shoulder appreciatively. Speaking of ginny where is she harry thought.

"Speaking of the devil..." Dean pointed to ginny who is currently talking with Michael in the stands.

Harry's face instantly turned into a frown. He stared at them wistfully.

"What is Michael doing here? It's Gryffindor tryouts, let's throw him out of here"  scowled dean.

But harry stopped him. As much as Harry wanted to do that he doesn't want ginny to hate him for this. " no dean, he came with ginny leave it" said harry sadly.

"Match has begun! Everyone up in the air!" Harry shouted.

After a few minutes, everything is going great. Ron is being the best keeper ever.
He didn't let any chaser make one goal. The Gryffindor team in the stands roaring with encouragement for ron.

Hermione is beaming with enjoyment seeing her boyfriend like this.

WEASLEY IS OUR KING! was heard everywhere.

Harry on the other side couldn't take eyes off his weasley. Presently, ginny is holding the quaffle making her way to the hoops, she threw the quaffle with all her might but dang it ron blocked it. Ron is on fire.

After some more time, they're like only two goals made by Katie bell and ginny weasley. Harry was hit by a bludger while he was staring at ginny.

It's Cormac Mclaggen now, as he's a good keeper too the crowd were anxious about how it would go.

It was going good for Cormac as he isn't giving any chances to chasers. He blocked the bludger thrown by Fred and George.

In a minute everything changed when ginny hit the quaffle right onto Cormac's face that hid him hard. It's like she didn't even aim for the hoops.

The crowd is filled with roars of laughter. "You bitch!" Cormac shouted holding his bleeding nose. Ginny just laughed out and mocked him though this angered her brothers and harry. They step back not wanting to make a scene in between this. Hermione was shocked yet pleased, she put her thumbs up to ginny in a way of encouraging her. Ginny smiled at her.

Then it started, Cormac didn't even save one goal. Ginny has become the star player and along with her dean and Katie made many goals. Harry was hit by few more bludgers which were definitely his fault for concentrating on one certain redhead and not on the match.

Ginny flew by Cormac who is panting and bruised. "Stay away from mione and don't you dare talk shit about my brother" she warned him and flew away.

Out of nowhere one more bludger is coming for harry, he could easily dodge but he did something he wanted to do the most. Aware that no one watching him, he jinxed the bludger.

The bludger halted, slowly it made its way to the stands. In a blink of an eye, the bludger hit Michael Corner in his balls making him swirl on the ground with pain.

Everyone who watched laughed so hard. Harry laughed his head off with satisfaction after a long time. Micheal ran away from there. What Harry didn't notice is ginny ran after Michael.

Once everyone on the ground harry announced "I'll be pinning the team in the notice board later tonight"

The Gryffindor team cheered with excitement.
