You know , how sometimes we woke up because we smell something, and sometimes that something is of something burned?
Well, that happend to Mia.
She woke up, in her's and her boyfriend's bed alone. Which is surprise, normaly he is there sometimes awake, others alseep.
When she thought about her boyfriend,she smiled softly. Bucky Barnes, they know one each other from Hydra and run away together, now they have small apartment in Romania, hiding.
She was quick to put one too big shirt for her, and to get out of the bedroom, and to the kitchen.
When she entered, she saw Bucky Barnes, trying to cook something, she guessed pancakes, because most of them were on the floor.
She stood there, leaning on the doorway, she didn't care that there was a chance of Bucky burning the kitchen, she just wanted, to save the moment.
While Bucky was trying to turn over one of the pancakes, the pancake somehow , landed on his face.
Bucky groaned but stopped, when he heard the laugh he would kill to hear one more time.
His love, his Mia, his girl, his everything, the only person who will be with him to the end, the person who he would die for, he may even be called whiped.
He turned around to find Mia in one his t-shirts, leaning on the doorway.
"What are you laughing at?" Bucky asked and half groaned, while removing the burned pancake from his face, and turning around.
"Someone who I am sure doesn't even know what is inside the pancakes." She said laughing, with her morning voice, and stepping closer.
"I know there is eggs inside." He said, kind of sheepishly.
"And did you even broke those eggs?" She asked with amusing smile, and shining eyes.
The Soldier winced, and the beauty laughed, she just couldn't stop it. How do you make pancakes with unbroken eggs?
"Do you want help?" She asked, but before he could answer, the pan went loudly on fire, scaring Mia, that much that she even yelped. The sound made Bucky alarmed, as he turned to the oven.
He started putting down the fire with some towels, before the alarm can start ringing.
After he putted it down, he turned to face Mia, it was silence for a moment, the both looking at each other's eyes, Mia's wide, and Bucky's slightly narrowed, after a moment, Mia broke, put her lips on a tine line, with furrow eyebrows and broke the silence.
"Well,-" She cleared her throat "-do you, maybe wanna go and, um, buy a pizza?" She asked in quite voice, knowing that was her fault.
