From then on out, Marina never messed with me again. I lived my last 3 years of high school with joy, and I felt amazing for it. For once in my life I wasn't worried about going to school , just because of a few people who did harmful things to me. For once, it was all over.

In 12th grade, as a senior, I gave my graduation speech.

"Hello Orange County High, and congratulations to you all. You all have great potential, considering you're all sitting here today. *chuckles from the audience.* I just want to thank all of my teachers for giving me the opportunity to have a some-what good high school experience. I also want to thank all of the friends that helped me through the tough times I had while dealing with the normal stresses of high school. But I also want to thank Marina McIntyre, for giving me the capability to stand up for myself. Marina was one of my biggest bullies throughout my life, but I thank her for it. If it wasn't for her, I would have never had the rush of slapping someone I hated immensely, in the face. If it wasn't for her, I wouldn't have known what emotional and phyical pain felt like. So, to conclude this, thank you, Marina, and thank you all for my wonderful experience, and goodnight." Everyone clapped, including Marina. I think she finally got me. I am now in college at Julliard, the best music school in the country in New York. I have a wonderful and caring boyfriend, Jeremy, who is in the medical field to become a dermatologist. We own a house together, and nothing could be better for me right now. Im glad I made it through grade school, and it's all because I decided to stand up for myself. You see, its not always bad to say what you think.
