When I was on third grade, that's when my life started to change. I moved houses, I moved schools, hell, I even moved states. But that's just how it starts.

When I was in third grade, I got picked on alot. You know, just the usual teasing and making fun of. At least, it was usual for me. I would go home every single day telling my mom about how I got picked on a LOT and how I didn't know why people were so cruel. But, they can. My mom always said," I know people can be judgey alot. But honey, you just have to bear it. There are gonna be plenty more times in your life where you are gonna get mistreated. But you're gonna have to bear it, baby girl."

And those words, those very words I haven't forgotten to this day. And I take after those words in the real world now. Every time I have a moment that I'm feeling low, I just say those words in my head. They always make me push through, but now its awful.

Now in fourth grade, I tried to start fresh. New friends, new clothes, new hairstyle, but I still got judged. At that time (and still today) it seemed as though nobody cared about anyone's feelings. But I just pushed through as hard as I could.

But then there comes a day in fourth grade, that's made me go home crying. I was sitting at lunch with a couple of my friends, playing with our food and such ( need I remind you we were about eight and nine years old), when all of a sudden one of the "popular" girls comes over to me and says," hey there, rat. Would you like some juice?" So I thought she was being a LITTLE nice, so I said,"Umm, sure." So then what she does is takes her juice and pours it all over me. "Oops, I accidentally spilled it!" She said. "Yeah, some accident." I thought to myself.

"Marina! Why would you do that!!"

I said, ticked off.

"I said I didn't mean to!!" Then she slaps me in the face. I went to the nurse and she just sent me home, obviously knowing I had already had a bad enough day. Heres fifth grade. Oh boy.
