𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐃𝐑𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐒 have been playing for almost an hour, their music bouncing around the walls of the small building they were stationed in. The lead singer was walking across the stage, the microphone in his hand as he pointed to the crowd, receiving loud cheers as he moved.

The drummer, all the way in the back, was moving his sticks from each base as he bopped his head to the rhythm. Their singular guitarist flipped his instrument around his body before catching it and continuing to play.

The words flowed out of my mouth while my arms swayed in the air, the sound of their music filling my body with energy. Louis moved beside me, his body jumping around as the souls of his shoes squeaked against the concrete floors.

"I still can't believe you brought me to a concert!" I yelled to him as the bass began to drown out my voice.

"Well, I had to get you out of your house sometime," He hollered back, "Next thing I know is that you'll be living with ten cats, and I couldn't let that happen,"

"I'd rather live with cats, they're adorable," I told him as I jumped in the air, a smile glittering on my face.

"I'm not a big fan of cats," Sloane began from the other side of Louis. His grin dropping from his face, he glanced towards her and nodded. "They're annoying and they always bite me,"

Smirking, I replied, "I wonder why,"

Shooting me a glare, she looked back to Louis. "I'm guessing you don't like cat's either,"

I wasn't sure what she was trying to accomplish, but all that I know is that it was hilarious to watch. "No, actually, I really like cats," Louis told her as her shoulders slumped.

"But-" She tried but he had turned his back to her.

Louis had stopped dancing, his hands falling to his side. "Do you wanna get closer? Before the show ends?"

Nodding, he reached for my hand and began maneuvering his way through the crowd. My shoulders bumped against other teenagers but I didn't care. The only thing that I was focused on was his hand in mine.

The way his fingers wrapped around mine, rubbing circles on the back of my hand. How he would glance back every few seconds to see if I was still there with him, and how, when he saw me, he would grin.

"We have one more song to play for you tonight," The singer called into the microphone as his band members stopped playing. "This is 'Tell Me'"

"One, two, three, four!" The drummer yelled as he hit his drum sticks together over his head.

"You're calling on me again. You tell me I won't believe it. What happened this time. You make it harder for me," Louis and I yell as our hips pressed against the front of the stage.

The singer walked along the edge, his hand extended to the crowd as girls screamed when they touched him.

Smoke filled the concert while the colourful lights gave off a soft haze of energy as they moved around. The speakers boomed as the guitarist walked around the middle of the stage, giving a sharp nod to the singer.
