a week later

"I CANT BELIEVE YOU RIGHT NOW" Olivia shouted

"WELL BELIEVE ME" Victor weakly argued back

"YOU PROMISE YOU'D STOP" she snapped, snatching the packet of cigarettes off him

"YOU PROMISED YOU WOULDNT FREAK OUT WHEN I TOLD YOU" he spits

"YOU BROKE THE FIRST PROMISE CRISS NOT ME" she argued then walked away taking the cigarettes with hee and throwing them in the bin.

What did she see in him. What was she thinking. He would never change. Right? I mean look at him. He's part of the Bower's gang. But that has nothing to do with anything. She grabbed her walkman out her back pocket, put in her headphones and carried on walking home.

{Meanwhile, with Victor}

"I've messed up big time." He thought to himself. He watched her walk away. He broke a stupid promise. She's a gem and he let her go.

"I know what I have to do. I'm going to have to sneak round and apologize." He thought again

All of a sudden, he seems to find himself back in the conversation, watching himself stand in front of her each lie that tumbles out of his mouth, each falsehood that slipped through his lips, ripped another shred of guilt through his body. "I had fucked up, not her. It was me." He whispered.

He knew he was the cause of this problem, he had let this girl fall with him and tried to turn himself around but failed and it left to her walking away. And that is not what he needed.

He needed to find her before he lost her again for good, he couldn't handle it. She had trusted him and he let her down. He was in love, a drug, an addictive drug that consumed his every fiber of his bean making sure he can't leave or try to. It was holding him there against his will. How was he going to survive? That was the trick question.

By making things right.

He ended up heading home to start planning what to do, and how to say sorry without it sounding like something he didn't mean.
