"Wassup Mary Ann." I spoke walking into the house.

"Hey baby, how you been?"

"Good, how you been?"

"Just making it." I responded. "Lani in her room?"

"Yeah, I think she gotta client though."

"Well imma chill with you till she finish."

20 minutes later

"Alright girly come see me again." Lani said walkin her client to the door.

"Hey bestie bop." She said coming to sit on my lap.

"Why not? Your my best friend."

"Tremani." She laughed covering my mouth and I just shrugged.

"Just nasty." Mary Ann said getting up going to her room.

"Look at what you did." Lani told me.

"Ian even do nun."

"Yeah okay, can we go get food?"

"Ain't yo sister having food today at the house thing?"

"Yeah but I haven't ate at all-"

"Nah gone finish what you was sayin."

"I was sayin I'm just really hungry." She nodded.

"Yeah okay."

"So can we?" She asked with a pouty face?

"Yeah let's go." I said tapping her.

"I gotta get freshened up first."

I nodded and we both made our way to her room.

"Bro this shit can not be okay." I said going to open a window.

"It's not that bad your just dramatic."

"Man whatever." I said laying down on the bed. Lani cleaned up around her room before getting every thing she needed for a shower.

30 minutes later

"DeVontae wake up."

"Bro you not even dressed."

"Okay but I'm almost finished." I blew my breath before grabbing my phone to keep me occupied.

"Gimme a kiss." Lani said straddling my lap with only her bra and panties on.

"Nah we just best friends remember." I said trying to push her off.
