I walk into the office and head straight for the front desk. There is a lady with red hair and brown eyes around mid 40s arguing with someone on the phone not realising that i was standing right infront of her.
" I don't need to hear your stupid excuses why you slept with her" the lady yelled into the phone.
This made me angry because i know exactly how it feels so i walked up to the lady grabbed her phone and said in a harsh tone
"She has work to do so go find someone else to hookup with since that is what you are so good at" I slammed the phone back down and gave her an apologetic smile.
" Hi i'm Aria Williams, i'm new here"
" Thank you so much Aria, that was my ex and he is still giving me pathetic excuses as to why he slept with my best friend, well not anymore"
"I know how that feels"
" I am so sorry to hear that, no one should have to deal with that"
She gave me my timetable and locker number and I headed out to the second period since I missed first already because we talked so long.
It is now recess and I am making my way to a table with the one and only Olivia. Yes now i know what you are thinking, why out of everyone you are sitting with Olivia.
All I am going to tell you is trust the process.
