Portsmouth Prison

Days before shipping out, Louise and Andrew along with Aiko and George even Ayane went to the Portsmouth Naval Prison under US Army Control.

Louise: Welcome to Portsmouth.

George: This was a Prison for Navy and Marines. We converted it to a special Army Facility to those who are similar to Matthew's Condition.

Aiko: He is not alone. There are more of it.

Andrew: It looks like this is a Maximum Security Prison for me.

Louise: Yeah, too many guards.

When a US Army Officer and a Civilian Doctor welcomed them.

Miles: Welcome to Portsmouth Detention Center, I am Captain Miles Merrick.

Ichika: I am Doctor Ichika Sayuri, Resident Doctor, Kami No Unmei.

Ayane (Japanese) : Ichika, well done.

Ichika (Japanese): Thank you.

Miles and Ichika welcomed them and went inside the prison.

Miles: This is our main research and monitoring facility. We are monitoring every prisoner here. We are also monitoring the Spirits across America and we are also monitoring the heavens. We have Satelites capable of Detecting Spirits and Unidentified Elements.

Louise: May i check on Lieutenant Parker.

Miles: Check him.

The Soldier checked Matthew thru a Computer Database monitoring him.

Miles: His Spirit was so far stable but it wont last long. He will be Unstable in the next Two to Four Months tops.

Louise: What are the Black Things inside of him?

Miles: His Dark Soul, Sergeant. Since the Death of Miss Yoon, His Dark Soul grew slowly. It seems that Death and Darkness is slowly taking over his mind, heart and soul.

Louise: Oh my god. It is slowly spreading out.

Miles: We put him on a High Priority on that matter and we are monitoring him 24/7.

Ayane: Well done, Soldier. Take us to the Prisoners.

Miles: Yes Ma'am.

They went to the Prison Facility on the Third Floor. At first it may look like a Ordinary Prison but they look like Apartments.

Louise: It seems that they live a normal life.

Miles: Yes Sergeant, In fact we provided them with Food and other Stuff even Medicines and Regular Checkups. When they have nightmares, we calm them down not in a harsh way but in a simplier way.

Ichika: I observe them from time to time. We used science even spiritual elements to look at them. We even have a Priest here and our Head Doctor is Doctor Mikhail Zakharov. He is a Doctor specialized in everything even Psychology, Spiritual and Paranormal.

Miles: Zakharov also has Nurses from the KNU, General Parker ordered us to guard this facility. We have 50 men enough for this facility. Along with 30 Special Individuals mostly Doctors and some staff even from the KNU.

Louise: Doctor Zakharov is a very busy man. Where is he?

Miles: He's in his office Sergeant.

They went to Doctor Zakharov.

Dr. Zakharov: Doctor Mikhail Zakharov, Head Doctor in this Facility and most of all, I am a Doctor of Science, Faith and Spirituality.

Louise: Sergeant Louise Young, US Army. General Steele sent us here for a Visit. And this is my Colleagues Sergeant George Stone, Sergeant Andrew Smith and Sergeant Aiko Yoshiro. We are US Army Rangers and we are involved in the Destined One.
