-At the University Cafe-

A month has already passed since I studied here at L.U. and yet, I'm still unsure if I like Jake or not.

Why hasn't time took its tool yet?

"Emma!" I whined like a kid.

"Wha--Ow!" I rammed into her.

"What." She stared at me drinking coffee.

"I've already waited SO long and I'm still unsure! Waaaah!" I exclaimed.

"Wow, how long have yoy been waiting again?" She scratched her chin.

"A month."

"Wow." She dropped her jaw.

"Look, I've tried to be patient but I just can't wait any longer! I have to kno--"

"(pops in) Be even more patient."

"Gaaaaah! Veronica! How many times do we have to tell you...No sneaking up on us!" I angrily gestured at V.

"Sorry, I kinda grew into it...So, about this whole 'can't wait any longer' business, Raven, you have to be EVEN more patient!"

"But I have been patient! I just can't wait any longer I'm soo confused!"

"Raven..." Emma put her hand on my shoulder, "Don't think so much about this whole confused about my feelings thing, there are gonna be exams and quizzes soon, if you get so eager to find out if you like him or not, you'll never be able to finish college."

"Ugh...Sorry, I'm just so confused I can't think of anything straight. But don't worry, I promise I'll get over it, and thanks for being by side all this time." I smiled.

"That's what friends are for, sticking with each other through thick and thin." Emma affectionately patted my shoulder.

Awww, you guys are the just the BEST!

"Group hug?" I asked.

"Hug!!!!" Emma wrapped her arms around me and V.

"Okay okay...I gotta go now, Victor's waiting. Bye." Veronica waved goodbye as she went outside.

"I also need to go, me and Jake are having a study session with the twins in 10 minutes, see ya." I went out.

At the Library...

"Hey guys, am I late?" I ran to the table the twins and Jake were sitting.

"Shh...Quiet." I librarian said.

"Sorry..." I whispered.

"Good thing you decided to show up." Jake kept reading his book.

"Well why won't I? " I sat down besides Jerry, "We have a quiz tomorrow."

Jake pushed a book to my side, "Is this our main topic on the quiz?" I scanned the book.

"Yep, " Jake pushed 2 more books, "Plus these."

"Shoot, those are thick." Terry ran his fingers through his hair.

"True dat." Jerry added.

"Well, if I wanna be a psychologist, I have to do this." I opened the book and started to read.

"Aaaaah, my head hurts! Too much knowledge!" I threw my head back and groaned.

"Shh...!" The librarian continued arranging books.

"Are you serious? That's just first 2 books you've been reading, wait 'till you read the third one." Jake said as he closed the book he's reading and pushed it to me.
