Chapter 5
"Oh my God, so many new warrior cats." I kept on reading.
"You know, you're taking that book TOO seriously." Jake said.
I just rolled my eyes and ignored this attitude of his, and kept on reading.
"Hey," He went to my bunk, "Don't look down okay?"
"Why?"
"I'm gonna change my shirt."
(o_e) Wat.
"Erm...." I blushed.
"Just don't look okay?!" He went down.
Change his shirt? I thought I wonder if he's got a hot--Wait why am I thinking this?! I've watched too much Anime lately!
"Don't look down." I felt an urge to look, "Don't you dare!" I warned myself.
But it didn't work, I looked down and I saw him, topless...
Him: (turns around) (°_°) wtf
Me: (o\\\\o) Holy mother of God
Him: (>\\\\
"Oh my gawd! Sorrrrryyyyyy!!!!" I stopped looking at stared at the ceiling.
"Wat Have I done?"
"God damn it, I told you not to look!" He shouted.
"I already said I'm sorry! Geez."
A few moments later he climbed up.
"Hey."
"What?" I said as I kept reading my book.
"Don't tell anyone you saw me topless okay?"
"I will NEVER tell anyone this HORRIFIC day!" I pouted.
"Good..." He shuffled his hands anxiously, "Did you...Um...See my scar?"
"Scar?Hm...I don't think so...You mean that weird looking stitch on your back?"
"Yeah..." He started to shuffle his hands faster.
"Why? What's with that scar?"
"Don't tell anyone, especially Emma and the twins about it."
"Why?"
"Sigh...It's a cut I got when I was young...During a family picnic...Long story..."
"I've got time." I said as I put my book down.
"You see...During our family picnic, my cousins and I were sliding on a slide my dad bought for me, it was fun but the slide was built on a part of our backyard that has a lot of sharp rocks, which is why our parents tells us to be careful, but I didn't listen, and that was my mistake..." He inhaled and exhaled.
"I slided down, back first, thinking nothing bad could happen to me...and..."
"Your back got cut by the rocks?"
"Not just my back...But also the back kf my head..."He showed me his other stitch.
"I was immediately sent to the nearest hospital, my back hurted and bleeded like hillbilly hell, I was crying and crying, so was my mom..." He ended.
"Oh...Wow, I never knew that, so...Why do you exactly don't want me to tell?"
"So they won't worry about me."
"Why? That stitch is old now, its probably okay."
"No it's not! The wound is still cut fresh, even though it's 10 years ago, the cut is so big it keeps on opening again and again, which is why I mostly ask to go to the bathroom during class, do ask the nurse to stitch it back closed."
