I woke up to the sound of my phone ringing with the name I've been aching to see on my screen, but now that it's there I have no idea what I would say to him. My mind freezes as I stare at my phone. If I answer what good will come from it? Will, it just hurt me more? Oh, fuck it! I answer.

"Y/n?" He spoke. I attempt to compose myself before saying anything.

"What do you want?" I ask him trying to sound like I don't want to talk to him.

"I want to apologize and explain myself, meet me today?" He claimed.

I know I definitely shouldn't meet him, that's the last thing I should do. If he says he's sorry it doesn't change the fact he's dating Annie...

"Uh, sure whatever." I give in.

"Really? Great! I'll text you." He perked up before hanging up.

I sighed before putting my phone down next to me. I'm a fucking idiot.

"You're a fucking idiot," Jean spoke up making me jump.

I looked up to my doorway where he was stood with a look of disapproval.

"Why the long face?" I ask.

"Is that  a horse joke?" He rolled his eyes.

"Well it wasn't but it is now." I smiled.

"Very funny. Look, Y/n I don't think you should meet him. From what I saw at the party nothing good will come from it." He explained.

I know...

"You don't think I know that?" I laughed. "I can't stop thinking about him, Jean.." I looked down in shame.

"I just want to see what he has to say." I looked back up.

"Don't be stupid." He said bluntly before leaving the room

Armin texted me the address of a coffee shop, so here I am waiting patiently to see the blue-eyed blonde that won't get out of my mind. The door opened making the bell go off revealing the all too familiar blonde. He searched the room until his eyes landed on me and lit up before he began walking towards me.

"Hey.." He greeted me as he took a seat opposite.

"Afternoon. Now explain yourself." I crossed my arms.

He looked at me for a few seconds before sighing. "Right." He looked around the room before looking back at me. "Eren was drunk, he had no idea what he was saying! Annie and I are just friends..." He explained.

I looked at him for a moment in silence.

"Come on Y/n, you really think I would ruin this? Do you really think that low of me?" He carried on making me roll my eyes.

"You cannot manipulate your way out of this, Arlert," I told him making him widen his eyes.

"I want the truth," I told him annoyed.

"God, I'm so fucking sorry y/n... but I assure you everything we had was real. Yes, Annie is my girlfriend but-"

"Shut up." I cut him off.

"Let me finish, Y/n I-"

"No." I cut him off once again. " I don't want to know anymore Armin." I stood up.

"No Y/n please!" He stood up and grabbed my hand.

I looked down at his hand on mine and then looked back up to his features, my heart is racing. His sapphire eyes are staring into mine with desperation. Coming back to my senses I took my hand back and stormed out.

"Y/n!" He called out.

I turned around to see him following behind me. "Go home, Armin." I sighed.

"Only if you come with me," he replied. whatdidhesayyyyyyy 

I stared up at him with disbelief. "Seriously?" I laugh.

"Let me prove it to you, we can talk properly there." He explained.

Every part of me is saying don't but why do I have the urge to go with him?

"Fine..." I gave in.
