The alarm does its work at 7.15 AM. George stirs awake and he opens his eyes. He lies on his back and then sees Artemis laying next to him, her arm around his stomach. He notices she is still fast asleep and doesn't know whether to wake her yes or no. He takes his time take to observe her features, not knowing a smile plays his lips. He can't resist the urge to feel her hair between his fingers and gently plays with her hair.
Because he does so, Artemis stirs awake. Her left cheek laid on the sheets and she changed to her right cheek, while she slumbers back into sleep. George feels her grip around his stomach tighten and can't suppress a chuckle.
This time, Artemis fully wakes up. She blinks with her eyes, only to see a pair of eyes upon her. "My apologies," he apologises, "it wasn't my intention to wake you but you were so adorable." "Adorable?" she asks confused, obviously not awake enough. George's heartbeat rises as he feels his cheeks heaten. "Yea ... you had your arm around ... like this and you were all cuddled up ... it was just so adorable." George breaks eye contact because he feel embarrassed. "Hey," she says, "it's okay. Don't worry about it."
