Digory Kirke, was a genius in thinking of turning the tree he brought from Narnia into a wardrobe. It would forever serve as a reminder of his wonderful adventure in Narnia. Perfectly, manicured fingers glided across the wardrobe... oh how she missed her home, her people, Caspian, and Aslan. Elizabella wished she could go back even just for a second.
"I know, I miss Narnia too" Kirke's voice startled her. Elizabella took a step back from the wardrobe giving her now uncle a sad smile. This was one of many times that Kirke had caught her being in here ever since she entered his world. He couldn't blame her nor would he ever stop her because if he had been given the choice, he would have never left Narnia, but to Bella it was her entire world, her home. "Every time I come to clean the wardrobe, I still see the Pevensies on the ground coming back from Narnia" he chuckled. Bella listened to Digory not having heard this part as they had only shared their own adventures to each other. "They got there in the first place because they were running from McCready as they broke a window playing their game" Bella laughed softly shaking her head as her family can be some troublemakers. "And this was their hiding spot, and we know the story from there."
"How did you see Peter, Uncle" she had to get used to calling him like that. Kirke sighed giving her a sad smile, " he was indeed a wreck but I understood once they told me where they were...but that's in the past" Kirke reassured seeing her expression had turned into one of sadness. "You are all together now forever but you should know how much they love you, Bella... they never stopped talking about how special you were." He finished as he gently wrapped his arm around her shoulder leading her out of the room.
Hearing how much her family loved her warmed her heart as she loved them so much more and she couldn't wait for them to visit, it was only a matter of weeks. Elizabella was grateful to have Kirke, to have someone she could talk to about Narnia because he understood every bit of it.
"I shall see you later then Uncle, Mary and I agreed to meet at the cafe."
Kirke raised his eyebrows in happiness that she Was already making friends, especially with a kind girl like Mary. "Well that sounds good to me, have fun and be safe Bella."
Bella smiled as they parted ways. She was already dressed and had her hair pinned back with loose perfect curls.

" I'm doing well thank you, what about you?" Mary asked with a bright smile as she fixed her dress sitting back down after the two girls exchanged a quick hug.
" I'm doing good as well" Bella replied. Mary was glad to have found Bella, she was a girl with not many friends, not because she was weird but because she was picky with her friends, she grew up in a home that raised her well. But the moment she saw Bella, she felt a pull towards her and knew she needed to be friends with her.
After the girls ordered a drink, Mary was dying to know more about the Pevensies and about Bella herself. Bella knew she had to come up with a good story and couldn't start with the idea of coming from a magical land. The girl would never believe her. The best she could say was that her parents sent her from America to study with her uncle and the Peter would also be joining her in the studies soon as well and she spent some times talking about the Pevensies.
" I know you well get along very well with Susan and Lucy." Bella told Mary with a content sign. She felt warmth and comfort in talking about her family. Mary trusted her words and now she couldn't wait to meet them. She recalls seeing two young pretty girls and a dark-haired, handsome young man her age which she was swoon by but she always saw them from the distance and never got to meet them.
