Seeking redemption for his past actions, Venomlooks to protect the inocent people of mistrals underbelly. But he catches the attention of very powerfull people, and he is dragged into a battle with a superatural force, long thought dead.
The Hacked Atlas robots are wreaking havoc on the City of Argus Spidey was off Dealing with Green Goblin while Venom, Ruby, Yang, Nora, and Pyrrha were busy destroying the seemingly endless waves of Atlas bots.
Venom: *ROAR*
Venom Takes an atlas Knight by the leg and swings it around destroying andy surrounding robots with the impact, before slamming that robot on the ground and smashing it to pieces.
Venom: It's a shame these things are inedible, we are getting hungry.
Nora smashes a robot near Venom.
Nora: Do you think about food all the time? Well, don't worry I'm sure they have three-course meals in the Vault.
While Nora is busy making this snide remark she doesn't notice the Atlas Knight behind her so Venom launches his tendrils, in her direction Nora thinks he is attacking her ducks but the tendrils destroy their real target the robot, destroying it, and retract his tendrils as Nora stands up.
Venom: *Sarcastic* You're welcome.
Nora: *Annoyed Noises.*
Venom then leaps high into the air before descending onto a mob of robots creating a small impact creator and crushing them, he follows that up using his tendrils to swing to smash a half dozen of robots against the building to his right. Just then Pyrrah jumps on top of an Atlas robot then turns around then uses her spear to cut the robot in half down the middle. Then quickly slices the heads of two nearby robots, then uses her shield to decapitate another. Then she side-kicks another one in Venom's direction, who proceeds to catch it by the head and crush it.
Pyrrah: I guess, I'm not so helpless without my semblance huh?
Venom: Maybe, although if you still had it this would be a whole lot easier.
Ruby and Yang who are fighting together, use combos attacks, but Ruby feels uneasy about working with the Venom Creature after all it tried to kill them two weeks ago. Yang Meanwhile may not have seen this monster before but she can't help but be hung up on what Ruby said earlier, and when they have a moment to rest Yang asks Ruby about the giant slime monster in the room.
Yang: *Exhausted* Ruby?
Ruby: *Exhausted Yeah?
Yang: Earlier, you said that thing killed mom...is that true?
Ruby: I...I think so, I don't think it was lying.
Yang's eyes turned red,
Yang: Well how about we ask him, properly after this is over?
Ruby nods and then Yang notices a robot sneaking up behind her little sister.
Venom rips a bot in half while Yang saves Ruby from a swarm of bots.
Yang: Ruby are you alright!?
Ruby: Yeah I...LOOK OUT!
She turns around and sees three Atlas bots closing in and has their guns pointed at the two of them. Yang gets ready to protect Ruby, but then to her shock, they all just stop walking.
Ruby: Huh?
The two of them look around and see the ones fighting Pyrrha, Nora, and Venom all just stopped in their tracks.
Venom: Why have they stopped!?
That question is soon answered as all the robot's heads just start exploding.
Nora: WHOA WHAT THE!?
All their heads explode one by one and their bodies fall to the ground one by one.
Yang: *Smiles* He did it.
Venom: It seems so, then our debt is paid.
Venom turns to leave before he hears the sound of a shotgun, so he stops and turns around to see the girls with their weapons drawn and in a fighting formation.
Venom looks unimpressed.
Venom: A funny way of saying thank you.
Nora: You may have helped us, you still got to pay for the people you have hurt, including Ren.
Venom: Well, he seems to be walking fine now.
Nora: *Seething with rage*
Yang: What about our MOM!? Summer Rose, is it true did you kill her!?
Venom: Uh well, yes, but technically I was a completely different person back then. We got a new host now.
Ruby: Is that supposed to make us feel better?
Venom looks kind of embarrassed and regretful unsure how to answer, but before he can answer there is an explosion at a nearby abandoned building.
Yang: Y/n!
Venom: Well it looks like you have a choice you can fight me or you can save him. What's it going to be?
The girls don't even think before answering.
Pyrrah: Let's go.
They all nod and go but Yang stays behind to say one last thing.
Yang: Next time you won't get off so easy monster.
She proceeds to follow the rest.
The word monster, Venom has been called that before, and after Eddie came into the picture, but this time the word cut deep, and they could not figure out why.
Eddie: We should just leave them be.
Venom: Yeah...let's go home.
Three Days later
Mistral Capital
Motel
Eddie and the symbiote finally arrive in the Mistral Capital City and go to the run-down Motel that they have been staying at.
Eddie was sitting on the bed thinking.
Symbiote: What do we do now Eddie?
Eddie: Y/n said that we can be better than we are better than some monster.
Symbiote: We have caused a mountain of hurt Eddie. How can we begin to make up for that?
Eddie: Well, I guess we can start small, and just start by protecting this city, I lived here working on a story five years ago. Mistral lower levels are filled with gangs, corruption, and street violence, maybe we can start by making that place a little safer for the innocents that reside there.
Symbiote: Hmm...fighting Gangs and helping people, sounds fun let's do it. I need a break from all the crazy shit that has been happening these past few weeks.
Eddie: Yeah it shouldn't be a huge problem for us.
