Nana froze in place seeing her friend right infront of her and the bts members. Shit shit shit! Nana cursed in her head.
"I can't believe BTS was ice skating where I was! I can't believe they're right in front of me!" Minah squealed uncontrollably.
"Minah, please don't draw attention to them. We need to leave before it get's too out of hand," Nana asked. Minah's attention immediately switched to her friend and went into a scowl.
"Why are you with them? How do you even know them? Why didn't you even tell me?" Minah hissed. "I thought you didn't even like them. Tch, you're such a hypocrite."
Jungkook scoffed. "Why are you taking it out on her? It's a complicated situation and it's not her fault she couldn't tell you about it. If you were truly a good friend to her, you'd leave right now."
"Why are you defending her? She lied to me! I'm her best friend and she lied to me? She doesn't even know you!" Minah cried.
"And you do?" Jungkook raised an eyebrow, obviously very unamused.
"We're a lot different than you see us on interviews." Yoongi spoke up.
Minah stood there stunned. Why were they protecting her? What was she to them? She clenched her fist in anger and jealousy. "This isn't fair!" she yelled and marched straight up to Nana, slapping her in the cheek, then stormed off.
Nana clutched onto her cheek, stunned. Minah had never done this before. Nana had never seen Minah like this before. Was this how her best friend really treated her after not getting what she wanted?
On the other hand, all of BTS stood there with their mouths open. They knew some of their fans were crazy, but they never saw anything happen in person.
They all stayed silent, while Nana clutched her cheek and eventually tears slipped from her eyes. "Nana-ssi.." Jin broke the silence when he saw tears slip from her eyes. They all looked towards Nana and saw that she was crying and surrounded her, worried.
"Ah, Nana-ssi please don't cry." Jimin cupped her face gently and rubbed his thumbs across her cheek to clean up the tears. Nana didn't like the sympathy. It made her feel pathetic. She sniffed once, dried her tears best she could, and shook herself free from Jimin's hands.
"I'm fine, just. Did someone call Tae Hee? We still need a ride back." she turned away from them, not wanting them to see her like this.
Ten minutes went by in silence before their van pulled up to the alley way. Tae Hee and Nana's eomma were in the front seat, sympathetic looks on their faces. Namjoon quickly went to go open the door to shuffle everyone in.
Nana was the last one to get in. She settled herself between the door and Jungkook, thought not like she had a choice where to sit. If she could of picked, she would of gone in the dark trunk to avoid any awkward worried glances from the boys.
"How was Ice Skating? Besides being chased." Nana's umma asked. Bad..
"Fine." Nana muttered, earning a flick on the head from Jungkook. Nana glared at the maknae.
"What." she hissed.
"Don't lie idiot." he whispered.
"Whatever." Nana crossed her arms and looked out the tinted window. Since Nana's school was far from the building and the ice rink was further, the drive was long.
The stress of the situation hit Nana all at once as soon as she rested her head against the window. She felt a wave of exhaustion wash over her and closed her eyes, still tense, but tired. It didn't take long for her to drift off to sleep.
Jungkook glanced over to Nana after a few minutes only to find her dozed off. He scoffed in amusement. This girl is supposed to help manage us but she can't even manage herself. He rolled his eyes. Jungkook lifted Nana's head up off the window slowly and carefully so she wouldn't wake up and rest it on the back of the seat only for it to fall down onto Jungkook's shoulder. "You're too much." He whispered.
Jungkook looked around the van to see if his hyungs saw anything. They didnt. They were all asleep or immersed in their phones. Jungkook slouched down into the seat a little more and shut his eyes too. Might as well since it'll be a little before we're at the building...
