Note: This riddle features a short person. This is not meant to insult short people. I myself know multiple short people who are good people.
There is a short person who lives on the top floor of a building who always goes on a jog. Every day, even if it is raining, this person will jog. On normal days the person takes the stairs but on rainy days they'll take the elevator, why?
