When I first read this riddle, I found a different answer. I will leave both answers at the end.

Two trains are on the same railroad track; one is headed east the other west, they both leave the station at 1:00 and are travelling at the same speed. Yet they didn't crash into each other. How can this be?

Real answer-One train left at 1 A.M. and the other 1 P.M.

My answer-The train going West was on the West side of the tracks and the train going East was on the East side of the tracks. They weren't facing each other so they couldn't possibly hit into each other.
