Heidi POV
Taking a deep breath, I begin. "My family is kind of famous - or infamous, depending on who you are. You guys probably don't like them." Blaise rolls his eyes. "Well? Get on with it. Who are you related to?" I roll my eyes at the arrogant prick's words. "I'm getting to that, you imbecile." Blaise puts an over-exaggerated look of hurt. "Why, Heidi, you wound me!" I shake my head. "Annnnd moving on. My surname is Weasley."
Ariana POV
We all sit there, stunned. Then I speak. "Weasley? But I didn't meet you until this year! Wouldn't you have been at the Burrow?" Kayla frowns and chimes in. "Yeah, I definitely would have known if I had had a sister - even if you weren't really." She turns to Cayden and Cole. "We would've known, right?" Cole shakes his head. "No, this is the first time I'm hearing of this." Heidi continues her story. "I was kidnapped when I was born. It wasn't the Death Eaters, though - just someone who likely wanted to ransom me to the Weasleys. They for some reason changed their mind and sent me to a Muggle orphanage. If I had remained with my family, I would have been Ron's twin. Anyways, I was adopted and raised by Muggles. When I got the Hogwarts letter, I was so surprised. I knew my birth name was Weasley, because whoever took me told the orphanage, who then told my new parents. I didn't realize that the Weasleys were wizards, and when I did I was shocked." Something strikes me as odd. "Why don't you live with them?" She sighs. "I...they don't know that I'm here or even alive. They probably think I'm dead. I was enrolled under my Muggle name, Richards. And I go by my middle name. My first name is actually Ellie. But I don't go by that because I know that it's what the Weasleys called me, and I won't go by it until I reunite with them." Again, something is off. "Well, why don't you tell them who you are?" I ask. Heidi shrugs. "It just never seemed like the right time, y'know? I mean, first year I was just adjusting to the Wizarding World, and last year Kayla was missing and the whole Chamber of Secrets thing - it wouldn't have been fair to them. And this year, well, all the craziness with you lot has been happening. Like I said, no good time." I nod. "I get it now. But you should tell them at some point." She nods. "I will, eventually."
Blaise POV
Heidi finishes her story, and then falls silent. Then she looks at all of us. "You don't hate me, do you?" I shake my head before anyone else can respond. "No, we don't. I get it. The others get it. We get judged for our surnames all the time. Also, you may be Ron's twin, but you are nothing like him. You certainly don't yell at us in front of the whole school, for starters." She chuckles. "Well, that's certainly true...so far. If you all make spectacular idiots of yourselves, I make no guarantees." I throw my head back, laughing aloud. The others start to giggle as well. I stop laughing and look at her seriously. "In all seriousness, though, you need to tell your family. They're probably worried sick about you. I remember always being worried about whether Ari was alive or not. I felt like I was missing a piece. Your twin probably does too." When I finish, Heidi stares at me like I've sprouted a second head. Probably at my display of emotion. To outsiders, I often seem cold, unlike my sister, who is a little more open. Ari gazes at my fondly. "Aww, Blay! That was so sweet." She lays her head on my shoulder and I hug her to my side. I love my twin, I really do. She just gets me on that way that only twins have, and I love her more than any of my other siblings.
Heidi POV
After Blaise advises me to tell Ron, I watch in a little bit of jealousy as he and his sister share a sibling moment. As they do, I idly wonder if Ron and I would have been like that. I make up my mind. "Hey, I'm gonna go, you guys." I say. Kayla looks over at me. "Where are you headed?" She asks. I give a small smile. "I'm going to go see my twin."
Hey, y'all! I'm sorry that this was a shorter chapter, but I wanted to end it there. This chapter was about 750 words. Thanks for reading, and remember to vote, comment, and all that fun stuff. Bye, bookworms!
