A few hours have passed and Connor and Greg ended falling asleep to the movie. Long enough for the sun to begin to start setting. Connor jumped up as he realized his surroundings and felt the need to get home, he would have to deal with the conversation with his parents he had been dreading this whole time. He had almost forgotten about it until now.

Greg woke up abruptly as well when he notice the taller boy sitting on the edge of the bed with his hands to his face. He looked at the sky outside of the window to his surprise it was already sunset, "hey you need a minute before we get going?" Greg gestured towards Connor with his hand on his shoulder.

"No. Let's just get this over with." Connor said a with a wave of dread washing over him. But he was strong, he got up on his feet and reached for Greg's hand. "Will you come with me?"

Greg looked up at Connor, "yeah. Sure let's do this." Greg said with a gentle smile across his face insuring him that he would be ok, even if the worst was coming for him.

The walk home felt longer than usual, it began to get colder as the stars came out to dance in the sky. There where still people out, probably heading back home to their own lives and loved ones. The two had locked hands, as Greg began to tug on Connor to get his attention. Connor looked back at Greg to find his looking off into space.

"Look at the sky Connor. I looks like a Fire was put out in the sky by the stars, the way they twinkle and move like rain drops." Greg said calmly while looking up and admiring the the scene before him.

Connor a little confused at fist directed his gaze towards what greg was talking about, and stood there with him. "Aha, you're right, looking at it makes me feel... cooler." Connor stated taking a breath out feeling lighter than he did before, like the world was life's off of his shoulders.

Greg looked back at Connor to see him still looking up at the stars with that gentle smile across his face. Greg loves that smile, it was brighter than any star. Brighter than the sun! To Greg it was gravity and he couldn't help but pulled into it. Greg gently turned Connors head towards him and kissed him softly. Connor a little taken back felt into the kiss very quickly and melted into the smaller boys arms.
Greg pulled him in just a little closer to seal the deal and rested his head on Connors shoulder, they stayed like that for a while longer until the fiery sky was nothing more than a cold vacuum of space. They locked hands once more and continued their way back to Connors house. There he would face the hardest conversation of his life so far. But he knew no matter what he would be strong.

As they approach the front door of his house he noticed the lights where on. Indicating someone was home. He hadn't seen his dads car but assumed it was in the garage. He looked over at Greg, took a breath and smiled. Greg looked back and brought him in for a hug. Not to long but just to warm him up for whatever might happen. He thought this was bullshit! Why would they care this much anyway? Greg began to get more heated as they stepped closer and closer to the door. But calmed down as the both open the door and went inside.
