Moments later Connor returned, two water bottles in hand. One for Greg and the other for him.

"Hey, I'm back. Here's your water." Connor says with a smile.

"Oh thanks! Hey, do you feel like watching Rick and Morty? Or Coralline?" Greg says before taking a sip of water.

"Whichever's fine." Connor replied while itching away at the cuts he had just made through the fabric of his sleeves.

"Coralline it is!" Greg says in a chuckle and selects the movie.

"Scoot over some, I wanna cuddle!"

Greg does so and invites Connor over to lean and cuddle on. Scratching at his arm once more Connor moves his way over to Greg and leans his head on his shoulder snuggling up next to him. Greg truly did make Connor feel better every time they are like this. Or even in his proximity; something about his aura just makes all his tension and stress evaporate. As Connor and Greg get settled and move closer greg wraps his arm around the taller boy, nudging his head into his shoulder ushering Connor to do the same. Connor gets the message and wraps his arm around him.

"You're so cute." Connor tells greg.

"I'm just lucky to have you, you're always so sweet." Greg stayed and cuddled next to Connor even more.

Connor was very flattered by his words, he felt like the happiest person in the world to know that greg was with him. He felt like he was on cloud 9. But he felt ashamed, he knew there was something very wrong with him. The last thing he wants is to bring greg into this and make him worry. 'What if he leaves.' Connor thought. He Began to grow a little upset, he ended up checking out of his own mind, essentially spacing out. Not even 10 mins went by before Greg looked over at Connor. He had his head back against the wall just staring at the ceiling. Greg was thrown off a little bit but nudged the boys arm to get his attention.

"OW!" Connor cried out from the fresh cuts he had made previously.

Greg was concerned and confused now. "Hey, what's going on you don't look ok." Greg said.

"It's nothing, I'm just not feeling to well today." Connor said.

"Are you sick or something?" Greg replied.

"No... I don't know. I'm just not feeling ok." Connor said trying to make sense of it all but couldn't he felt like being alone but he didn't wanna be abandoned.

"What do you mean? You can tell me." Greg said growing more concerned he just wanted the best for him.

"No, it's fine it's nothing I can't handle, something just feels off is all, I think I'll be ok." Connor said trying to put Greg's mind at ease.

"Ok, but. You would tell me if something was bothering you right?" Greg asked.

"Of course." Connor said and lied to Greg's face. He felt even more ashamed but didn't wanna bring Greg down.

"Ok, do you still wanna watch the movie with me?" Greg said moving in a little closer with a smile.

"Yeah, that's ok." Connor said giggling back. Greg really was the cutest.

Greg resumed the movie and laced his fingers with Connors before hearing Connor wine in pain again from the fabric of his shirt scraping against his wounds. Greg looked again and reached for his sleeve to investigate. But was stopped abruptly but Connor trying to keep him from noticing.

"Connor what's going on!." Greg starting to get really worried. Fearing the worst.

"No. Stop it hurts." Connor cry out.

Greg freezes and lets go, "Connor please show me, I'm worried for you now, what's going on!?" Greg demanded. He needed answers, he wanted Connor to be ok.

"I don't wanna hurt you too." Connor said holding back his tears.

Greg places his hand on Connor's shoulder, "Connor, tell me..." Greg said calmly trying to keep Connor safe.

Connor hesitated but surrendered. He rolled up his sleeve and revealed the gashes on his arm. They where still bleeding, Connor couldn't bare to look at Greg. He felt ashamed for what he had done and he didn't care if he was alone anymore. Or if everyone would just forget about him.

Greg looked at the mess on his arm. It resembled something of a cats scratching post. His arm was shredded. He began to feel uneasy, he wasn't great with blood at all. But he powered through it for Connor. "Connor, what happened, why would you do this?" Greg said calmly, putting his hand on his face gently.

"It's just hard, everything, my parents. I don't know how to feel right now!" Connor said moping, his voice broken.

"Hey, it's alright. I'm here!... I know I can't help with you family but I can help you." Greg said leaning in to give him a hug.

It always made Connor feel better when Greg talked sweet. It didn't make the fear go away though. He still feared for what might unfold at home.

"Thank you greg..." Connor hugs back. "I love you."
Connor stated

"I love you too Connor." Greg said back.

Connor laid down with Greg for the remainder of the movie enjoying the his presence and peace of mind knowing he didn't have to carry his secret habits alone. 'You really are the best person ever.' Connor thought and cuddled back up with Greg.
