Chapter #2: Wind Speed

SHUT UP STUPID FUCKING PHONE-

I check the time, 3:00 AM. Shit, Colby asked me to meet him on the roof! 
I quickly grab my sweater shirt that was on my floor and headed out my bedroom door. 

"Ay Y/N," Colby said waving.

"Oh hey Colby, so we going or-"

"Yep, follow me."

We went up the stairs into the attic to the rooftop. 
It was dark, but I like it.

The stars were outshining and the moon shining bright as if there was a huge light bulb inside. 
City lights were also bright as ever. 

"So Y/N, how do you like the view?" Colby asks.

"Amazing as can ever be. Everything feels so different on the rooftop at night." I state.

A quiet breeze hits us which felt, nice. 
I leaned on Colby's left shoulder and he leaned on my head. Yes it was very silent and we didn't talk that much, but it was more like appreciating each other's presence. 

"I do enjoy your presence here Y/N. It may sound stupid and all, but it is nice having someone like you by your side." He states. 

"Same with you Colby." 

He smiled. 
He held me in his arms for god knows how long. We both just stared at the sky and talk about the most random topics yet. 

"It was nice to talk to you Y/N. We were both have kind of a rough night and you made my night even better." 

"Honestly yea, same with you emo Justin Beber."

Colby gave me wide eyes.

"I'm just kidding! You're amazing Colby. You might not see it, but it's there within those eyes of yours." I state. 

After talking for a little while, we decided that we should back inside since it is like 3:58 in the morning. 
We climbed through the window and went back to our rooms. I laid on my bed staring at my ceiling once again. I kind of wish my window was opened right now, but my lazy ass will get back up. I scroll through TikTok and see that Wilbur Soot is streaming Minecraft on Twitch,  probably another mod video with Tommy, but who cares. If I watch and laugh too hard, people will wonder why Y/N is wheezing their lungs out. Yep, let's not watch Wilbur Soot or I will be laughing my heart out tonight bitches. 

I lay my head on my comfy pillow fall asleep within seconds.

What the fuck! Why am I at a train station?! There's a bunch of shadows everywhere, strange. I started to walk to my right which took about for hours. This didn't feel real at all. The shadows didn't have real eyes, they had bright white eyes which gave me some sketchy vibes. 
After an hour's walk, I saw myself standing to the brim. 

"Hello?" I yelled and not knowing that anyone can't hear me.

The train was about to come and as soon as the flash of the train came, my second self just jumped in front of it.  
Some person that was actually human came running towards the body of my other-self. I didn't get a good look at the person, they kept screaming Y/N. Who was that!? What do I do?! What just happened!? HOW COME NO ONE IS DOING ANYTHING!?! 

"SOMEONE HELP THE POOR GUY!! HE'S TRYING TO HELP THE UNCONSCIOUS GIRL!" I screamed having hot tears run down my face. 

I fell to my knees which were scarred by concrete floors. I crawled to the walls and sat against them crying my eyes out. This doesn't even feel like a dream at all. 

How did the train just vanish!? I stood up quickly wondering where my second self went and the other person. There were so many questions I wanted to answer, but I don't have the time to ask anyone. But how did the two just vanish out of nowhere!? 

I got up from looking at the train tracks before I get ran over. I walked to my left and just walk until I wake up from whatever this is. As I kept walking, I saw this man. He looked like Colby a lot. I started running towards him, but before I got closer, the entire train station went empty. Everything vanished which caused me to slide on my side. I lay there wondering what the fuck just happened. How can everything just vanish all at once? 
I heard running footsteps coming towards me. I quickly got up and ran for my life faster than ever. I didn't look behind once. Before I knew it, I got pushed to the ground which caused bruises on my knees. 

"FUCK, SOMEONE HELP!" I scream if anyone was still there. 

"HELLO?" Someone screamed from the other side. 

"Y/N?!"

I burst up from the bed sweating. The time was 3:56 PM. How is it still late? Wait, how long was I in there for? Real question is, what the fuck just happened. I tried getting up but my knees were in pure pain. I lifted up my sweatpants and saw two huge bruises on both of my knees. 

"Are you awake best friend- OH MY GOD WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU!" Katrina screamed. She quickly covered her mouth. 

"I don't know how to explain!" I whispered loudly.

"Here um, I'll go get ice packs. Does it hurt when you get up?" Kat asks.

"Yes, it really does," I state. 

She walks out right away and goes to grab ice packs. I got back into bed questioning myself what the fuck just happened to me. 
A couple of minutes went by... 

"Here are two ice packs for your knees. How did you get them?" She asks. 

"I just woke up with them. That's all," I said.

"I can see how red it is?" 

I nod. 

She rolled up my pants to my knees and saw the bruises. 

"Oh my- It's so purple, red, and so blue-" She said before I cut her off.

"Alright, I'll try to explain, but you just have to believe me on this one, got it?"

She nods her head yes. 

"I just remembered to know that I was skateboarding with Colby and he wanted to leave early. I said that he can and he did. After that, I was trying to my first kickflip and I fell. Falling to my knees first. Boom, the concertante bruises my knees." I told her. 

"That bad, dang. That must've hurt pretty badly then huh." 

"Yep, it really did."

"Are you at least okay after that?" She asks. 

"Even though it took me a while to get up, yep, never better," I state. 

"Thank you for letting me check up on you." She said.

"No problem!" 

I thought it was going to be peace and quiet until Colby barged into my room WITHOUT A KNOCK!

"Wanna hang out at an abandoned subway?" Colby asks.

"Wait what-"
