My name is Anne, some basic facts, weight ins and goals are going to be on this page :)


I am starting on a new school after summer break, and i wanna look super hot, it is a kpop line so i also wanna learn more dances before i start so i can outshine them hehehehheheh


Right now i am 80kg and 175cm tall, i wanna be around 60-65kg so i have to eat less then or exactly 1000 cal a day. I need to work out, but i am gonna work out 30min + dance 2 hours every day. 

This is the schedule i want: 

08:00- wake up and do yoga

08:30- shower and skin care

09:00- get dressed and fix bed

09:30- study Korean

10:20- break

10:40- study Korean

11:30- make and eat breakfast

12:30- active (mon, wed, fri, sun- personal trainer) (tue, thu, sat- just dance/dance)

13:30- make lunch

14:30- free time (just dance/ go on a walk)

16:30- make dinner

17:30- learn dances

18:25- break

18:35- learn dances

19:30- tea and chill

20:30- learn japanese

21:20- break

21:40- learn Japanese

22:30- get ready for bed

23:30- read manga and go to sleep


I am starting this on june 12th since thats when i finish school, i am going to do it till august 12th, then i have exactly 2 months on me. 

I have this food app which im thinking of using, yazio, its healthy and since im also having a 6/18 fasting it has a timer on it :) 

I want to take about 10 000 steps a day, and i have to have at least 60 active minutes a day, and burn around 3000 calories.
