I started on my routine!
I originally made egg salad for breakfast and beetroot falafels for lunch and dinner, but they weren't good.
so I had a salad with coffee for breakfast. about 400 ca

I also bought a matcha set today, so I had lots of matcha tea and lattes ;)

I danced for around 6 hours today, so my Fitbit says I have walked 14000 steps and burnt off 2,800 cal
i hope tomorrows food is betterrrrr
